I worked with both Anna-Lisa and Rebecca on the phone a few days ago. They were both extremely helpful. I made it clear to Rebecca that I needed my meds before I went out of town and she went out of here way to make sure that happened. It is nice to know that people still go out of their way to assist people as they did, and want QSP to know they have 2 wonderful employees. Thanks again girls!

My doctor called in a prescription on Thursday late afternoon and I followed up before 5pm the same day with my insurance information. They said they had to verify it and would call me back with copay information. They did not call by mid-afternoon Friday so I called them and was told it was 'in-process'. They did not call Saturday. I called them late in the morning on Monday, was first told they were waiting for info from my doctor, then was transferred to "intake" and was told it was ready and my copay would be $0. They offered to email me FedEx tracking info which I did not receive until Tuesday evening which indicated the prescription was picked up at their site around 6pm Tuesday. I just received it today - exactly one week later. In this day and age it seems ridiculous for this kind of turn around time. Why can chain pharmacies verify insurance in minutes but it took QSP days? Why would it take them more than 18 hours to stick a tube in an envelope and have FedEx pick it up? Will not be using this pharmacy again.

The people at QSP are awesome! They really care and go the extra mile in making sure your meds are delivered in a timely manner. They were extremely helpful in communicating with my doctors office and helping cut through the red tape with my insurance carrier, they are truly a blessing. I am very grateful to the entire staff and highly recommend them without hesitation.

Rebecca and Anna-Lisa are not only efficient but very pleasant. I was disappointed when my insurance company changed pharmacies but truly impressed that Rebecca went out of her way to help me transition to the new company. She stayed in touch with me until the change over was complete and that was going well above and beyond!

I am in agreement with the other reviews. My Dr recommended this pharmacy and its been heaven sent. Anna Lisa and all of the girls are Awesome. They get my time sensitive prescription filled with ease. All of my information is reconfirmed before shipping and they call to let me know that they have my prescription. They email me my tracking info.

I am reading some of the review's and am not surprised. I have had such great service with this pharmacy. Ashley as mention is one of the best pharmacy tech I have ever dealt with.When my script was delayed she went over and above what a tech usually does to help to get my scrip filled. You have no worries when dealing with this pharmacy.

This was one of the greatest companies that I have ever dealt with. I'm in the customer service business and I felt that I had the best personalized most polite service any one could ever want. They were the liaison between my doctor and the insurance company and they fought all the way for me. I really appreciate everyone at Quality and keep up the great work!!
