Class ACT Inspections

Definitely 5 stars, without a doubt! I am a first time homebuyer and on top of that I am buying in Florida while living in Maryland. The house I put an offer on is 57 years old and I naturally have a lot of concerns. I had a fairly quick turn inspection period in which I unfortunately could not be there for in person. Class Act's office manager was extremely accommodating and works extra hard to get me scheduled, even when they were short handed for the week. They provided me with 5 different inspections and all were ft detailed and informative. The 50+ page general home inspection packet more than enough pictures and information to ensure I felt confident that everything was as thoroughly inspected as it could be. Not understanding some things I was able to speak with the inspector in detail about my additional questions; this was a 75 minute discussion and the inspector was amazing, really put me at ease about some things, and did so all very happily. This was even after he had been at home inspections all day and the call was at 18:00! Then, when I had to also get a quick septic inspection done, Class Act then worked miracles to turn it around for me in one day! This meant the owner physically performed the inspection himself and got me the report promptly, before I even knew it was coming! Words really don't do justice to how impressed I am with this company... I would more than highly recommend them and they will certainly get my business if/when I should ever need them again. The name, Class Act is even an understatement, they are, without a doubt a FIRST Class Act company!
