Bruners Insurance

Dealing with this company is like dealing with a machine, uncaring, unfeeling and not very helpful. I received a notice of cancellation for my homeowners policy I got through this agency. I found another agent to write a new policy for me in June. The new agent faxed over the notice of cancellation and Bruners is saying they never got it. Instead of saying I am sorry we will take care of this for you right away all I got was I will fax it to them today and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to process that was on 8/19 and I am still waiting for my refund. On 9/27 when I inquired about my refund they sent me the phone number to the insurance company so I could deal with them. Hold on there babalouisey that is your responsiblilty not mine. Like I said less than helpful.
