American Pride Martial Arts

Simply the best place to train martial arts and kickboxing. Classes are very fun! Grand Master Hector is a dedicated teacher who takes his time to make sure you learn everything right and always go above and beyond my expectations! Overall all the staff are friendly and passionate of what they do. I truly recommend this school for anyone and any age!

Como madre, encontre en american Pride no solamente dedicacion y un ambiente familiar, cuando mi niño comenzo solo tenia 4 añitos y la paciencia y el tiempo que los instructores tuvieron con el bien ha valido la pena ya que mi hijo despues de 6 años de entrenamiento y disciplina esta por graduarse de cinturón negro!!!

Gracias al apoyo de American Pride mi hijo tiene bases de disciplina y respeto que para los padres solos por ahi es dificil de lograr. Es un alivio el saber que mientras tu estas trabajando tu hijo se encuentra en un ambiente seguro con personas que lo cuidan y lo procuran igual que nosotros!!!! Haven't been in a year here with my son who is autistic and and I love them. Hearing that people don't like the place is absurd. They may have their own reasons but I love this place. I mean how many places deal with autistic children and show them compassion and allow them one on one. That was my concern as of late but when I approached Grand Master and Master Rodriquez as well as their staff they without hesitation addressed my concern and they have dedicated a staff member to ensuring that my son gets the best out of martial arts. When I think about they and how they treat my son it brings Tara to my eyes bc now a days people are only or for themselves. Again LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, AND LOVE American pride tkd and as long as they continue to be good to my son they will always have my business and friendship!

Years ago I researched and looked for a martial arts school for my daughter (age 4 at the time) and found American Pride TKD. I was worried at first as this was the first time I have ever put my daughter is anything. But very shortly after signing her up I realized that this was the best decision I have even made. This is an AWESOME school!!! I love the family environment that it presents and also the level of training that they offer. My daughter started off as a white belt and here we are 10 years later and she is now a 2 degree black belt with the option of going to 3rd degree this year if she wants. I also enrolled my son when he was 4 as well and now this year he is going for his 1st degree black belt as well. I loved it so much that it inspired me to join as well. I am happy to say that I also received my 1st degree black belt last year. It was the hardest thing I have ever done but with the high level training I received from both Grand Master and Master Rodriguez, also the encouragement...telling me NEVER to give up (because I really wanted to), I DID IT!!!! When my son becomes a black belt this year, we will be the first family to all have black belts in the school. I am so excited!



As I read the other reviews (there were only 2), it's funny because over the years I have seen people come and go for different reasons. However, I also saw that a negative comment about Master Rodriguez and how they use the school for other things and that they are greedy or something of that sort. I can assure you that this is as far from the truth as it can get. What I have noticed from all these years is that some people like to get services for free. This is a business and they cannot expect to get everything for free. The prices are the same across the board even for me and I have never complained. I know that nobody is perfect but the staff at American Pride TKD tries their best to treat everyone with respect and fairness . Some people just don't know how to talk about things and I have seen with my own eyes where parents lose their temper over simple things (mostly regarding money because they feel as if they should get things for free) while the staff remains calm throughout the entire ordeal.



I can sit here and talk about this all day but I will leave it like this. American Pride TKD is the best martial arts school in Broward County! I love the staff and also the students! American Pride # 1!!!

Money hungry people. Cintya owner wife is rude. Only cares about money. I had my kids there for 4 month. Worst place. No real training. But every second there asking for money. Hector the owner and master is a liar. Cares more about trying to sell me and other parents priamerica insurance scam. Then teaching the students. Its sad he doesnt even no must of there. He says im bad with names. No hector your money hungry like your witch wife. Some of these student where with you for years. How dont you know there names.

Just a week ago my 5yr old cousin was left in van for over a hour screaming cry, the lady that owns the hair salon saw her screaming and kicking the window and called the police the sad thing is the owners didnt even realize and have yet to call her or family to say anything dcf is now involved. Please help us fight these heartless people! We have found out this is 3rd time a child has been left in van twice by owner himself now my cousin was the 3rd. I ask why are they still open? Please help there should be justice!!
