What to say about Crave Fitness. They are the best I have found in both instructors, and instruction. I have been a member of countless gyms, and dojos from Miami to Northeastern Massachusetts, and have never come across greater expertise in such a perfect blend of old school and new school training.
I contacted Yaniv Rosenberg (owner, trainer, instructor) roughly six months ago out of desperation. I was struck by a drunk driver almost 4 years ago, where I sustained 10 herniated discs, and a protrusion, and was barely able to get out of bed by the time I contacted him. I engaged in the usual strategy of physical therapy in hopes of alleviating the discomfort typically associated with injuries of this kind. I unfortunately continued to deteriorate as the medical professionals warned me that I most likely would. Most people under similar circumstances will seek out the opinions of one or two medical professionals for treatment options, I consulted five. The assessment came back the same from all of them, a hopeless case. They offered to fuse the discs from L 1 to C5, and were willing to testify on my behalf to help me to get on disability. This was not an option for me, there had to be another way. In the event that something like this has never happened to you, or anyone you know, you can, and most likely will lose everything. (Don't count on your insurance company to help, they are not your friends) It might surprise you how many people will walk away from you after such an accident. It might also surprise you to learn how many businesses such as yoga studios, or massage therapists want nothing to do with you, stating things like "we don't have a program, or treatment for those kind of injuries here." I was not turned away at Crave, not by the owner, not by his wonderful family, and not by the students that study there. After six months I am grateful to be able to engage in activities that you take for granted, such as being able to mow the yard, being able to play catch with my son, and the very real possibility of being able to use the master's degree I have been pursuing by actually working in the field. I owe all of this to all of the amazing people I am training with at Crave.

This facility is second to none Yaniv and his instructors will work you and get you where you want go. I was out of shape and out breathe most of the time. With in a few short months I was feeling better and keeping up with my class. It us that attention to detail and caring (for each person individually ) that I able to achieve my personal goal. It truly is a family atmosphere and most importantly a place where one succeeds. Oss

The workouts are intense, the people are super cool, and the pricing is more than fair. The schedule is also ideal with classes in the am and pm. My 5 year old son just started training BJJ here and he loves it!!! He's going to be a beast one day!!! I myself have trained with Yaniv and look forward to coming back in a few short days. He WILL push you but you WILL see the best results ever!!! Crave Fitness is family!!! Osssssssss

This place is great. I haven't worked this hard and had so much fun in a very LONG time! Sensei Yaniv knows how to push you to your limits and beyond. Not only are you training your body, but most importantly your mental toughness, and if you don't have it you'll definitely get tough after taking his classes.

The best part about this place is not just the classes but how friendly everyone has been. I started this class about 3 weeks ago and everyone has been helpful with teaching me and correcting my skills. Everybody is really eager to help you out which was one of my priorities.

Best place on earth to get in the best shape of your life. Sensei Yaniv Rosenberg is the real deal. You are training with the best. Personal attention is given to all students so you are never on your own. Staff genuinely cares about you like family. Can't ask for more!!! Mats are clean. Place is clean. Old location was smaller so while people where working their asses off,yes..you could smell sweat. Big surprise to go to a gym and smell sweat...can you imagine?!?! The horror!! You are there to get in shape not bargain shop. Buy your shorts from Wal-Mart and fork over the $20 bucks for the shirt (if you want to take the Krav class... otherwise you’re in luck cause you can wear your raggedy pajamas if you want) They don’t make you buy anything but the Krav shirt because it’s the "uniform". Other than that you can buy your equipment and clothes from wherever you want. STOP complaining about stuff that has nothing to do with reaching a fitness goal which is the reason why you should be joining in the first place. I am sure that if any issues are bought to the attention of the staff they will address it immediately.

You are nickled and dimed for everything at this gym. Everything is about money. Every email they send out is about something else that you have to buy from them. $45 for one pair of shorts, really?! $20 for a cheap Crave shirt that starts tearing apart after you wash it. It's a good workout, but the place is small and it stinks. They do not clean the mat (yes only one). People bleed on the mat and they expect others to continue working out on it. You can get sick from this place.
