The company was called out to perform preventive maintenance on my home’s ac units. I paid up front for two visit. The technician performing the work was there for 30 minutes and said everything was working perfectly with no leaks. A month later, one of my units was blowing warm air. I called them again and they sent a different technician to inspect the unit. This one informed me the unit had been leaking for a while and further work was needed. I was given three options: 1) New System 6300.00 2) Replace evaporators coil 1875.00 3) Add leak sealant 488.00. Because of the conflicting stories from the technicians, I decided to get a second opinion. A different company came out and said the diagnosis given by Scott Heating and Cooling was wrong. He further explained the valve where the gauges get connected to was the issue. They replaced the caps, filled the unit with the little Freon needed and the unit was repaired. Cost was 130.00.

For 2 years we have enjoyed our Trane system installed by Scott. The sweltering summers and cold winters don't matter in our comfortable home. Converting with Scott was the best decision we've ever made. And we have them do regular checks on our system too.

I have the regular maintenance done on my air conditioning by Scott, who also installed it for me. Anytime I need anything whoever answers the phone is always able to help. They have a great staff there that is dedicated and really knows what they are doing.

About a year and a half ago I upgraded to refrigerated air, and my house feels incredible! My Trane system is wonderful. And anytime I need something, Adrian gets right on it. And everybody at Scott is just outstanding!

In July of 2014 I had Scott convert my system from a swamp cooler to a split Trane refrigerated AC unit. And my energy costs have decreased in both the summer and winter seasons. I was very impressed with everyone at Scott Contracting. And even after these years I remember how helpful the head technician, Agustin was. Great team and the best equipment. I would not have anyone else do this work for me.
