I had them repair a small dent in my rear bumper and within 1 year the paint/body work FELL OFF!!! Never again.

I am not one to write reviews either negative or positive...this is my first time. However, I chose this shop solely on the previous ratings and the first couple of reviews. It was the only automobile repair shop in El Paso with 19 reviews giving it a 5 STAR rating. I should have been skeptical... Lesson learned... Very deceiving!! After the terrible service and workmanship I noticed that several of the ratings/reviews were from a landscaping company with the same name...I believe the owner uses the same name for both businesses. I am not an auto repair/maintenance expert but I know enough to understand when something doesn't make sense. I brought my daughters Toyota Camry in for a tune up and to check the AC compressor. I knew the compressor may be going bad and had done some research on parts and labor and kept my fingers crossed. The first estimate the polite young man gave me for a time up was $528...I should have walked at that point but instead I opted out of the tune up and asked for a diagnostic to see if the compressor was bad... It was and the total cost was going to be $678.49 for parts and labor. It seemed a little high but I mistakenly went with it. I was told the cost also included re-charging the system with Freon ($110). This was at 9 am and I was told the repairs would be done by 5pm...made sense. I received a phone call from the polite young man at 4pm telling me "they" (there is only one certified mechanic and the polite young "estimator" on site, no other employees) were having a very hard time putting the new compressor in the car (no problems getting the old one out)...I said that was fine just let me know when the work was complete...no worries (so I thought). Another day goes by and the young man called me and informed me that they finally figured out what the problem was...I waited anxiously for the explanation... He then proceeded to tell me that the tensioner belt was "frozen" lol (maybe I don't know the lingo). I said ok...before I could ask he hurriedly told me the additional cost would be an additional $219 for parts and labor... I disagreed since I figured out they get parts from Oreilly's. They marked up each part $80 for a total of $160... I brought this to the polite young mans attention and my estimate was subtracted $160...go figure! At this point I just wanted the car back. I was told it would be ready first thing Monday (dropped off previous Wed). I never heard from them Monday so I stopped by around 11am and they were closed for the day...a courtesy call would have been nice. I go back Tues morning and received several polite apologies...I paid my $800 plus bill with a smile on my face and left. Four days later my daughter informs me that the AC is blowing warm air not cold. Took the car back to them today and guess what? They never put freon in it... But I paid for it! That is the reason I decided to write my first review. Of note: I noticed some of the previous reviews were directed towards the body shop portion of the business...there is no longer a body repair technician employed with this establishment. My understanding is he left due to poor management and incompetent employees... It all makes sense now. Also, I noticed that some of the previous customers were service members. I am a service member as well and I will do what I can to ensure this place is added to the "off limits" establishment list. It should be off limits to the community as well. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Since this experience I had Pep boys, break masters, Midas, and tire pro review my invoice....I could have saved hundreds and received adequate and reasonable service.

The crew at royalist masters is very polite and and friendly. They care about your business. The work is very quality but besides that this staff is flexible and able to work with you on uncontrollable situations such as parts delays. I would recommend this shop to all my military brothers out there. This staff was able to adapt and overcome an unfortunate situation with a part delay and have me walk out a satisfied customer. Will be returning again with my next fix.

Outstanding work on trans rebuilt. The mechanic is totally professional and not only knows what he's doing but enjoys doing it. Well set up organization with clean and honest attitude. Hope this organization grows and develops and stays around for many more years. Thanks for a job exceptionally well done.

I just wanted to say thank you Royalist Masters for helping me with my palm trees, I needed them trimmed and no one would wanna give me an estimate Royalist was very helpful and upfront about it all and took care of everything will definitely go to them again thanks you guys keep up the good honest work.

I took my Honda CR-V in for service I had trouble with it shifting after a while I had them check it out for a low diagnostic fee of 69 dlls since I became a member with them, they repaired it great customer service and was not given the run around very happy with the service I got and definitely recommend Royalist Masters as your go to shop.

I want to start by saying that Royalist did a wonderful job. I recently moved to El Paso and being in the military gives me no time to clean my house. They cleaned every corner in my house. I will be keeping them. I own a 3 bedroom home and they only charged me $140. They send me two people and finished in about 4-5 hours. Thanks again!!! Supper affordable.......

Thanks for giving me a reasonable price on my 2005 Land Rover. I got brakes and a tune-up. My truck is now running like new. I'll be back for all my other required maintenance. Thanks for not overpricing me for driving a Land Rover!!!

I have a 2008 ram 1500 had an electrical problem no one i took to was able to figure out all they would do was take my oney and leave worse than it was got to a point where it would not even start, Found royalist masters gave them a call the helped me out with the towing at a very affordable price the technicians where very helpful know my truck is running like a champ thanks Royalist Masters i will come back for all my automotive needs,

2006 Toyota was over heating and I took it down to Royalist. They were very affordable on the towing and on the price they gave me for my head gaskets was incredibly low. Thanks for not ripping me off. I recommend this car garage and that's why I gave them 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!;)

I took my malibu in for service i needed work done on my engine, they where straight forward and only replaced the parts i need for my car and was not overcharged i was kept updated on the progress of my car and had no problems runs great. I am glad i found a good shop honest and straight forward. I really recommend this shop for all your automotive needs.

Very satisfied with the service performed on my Jeep Cherokee. I needed my a/c fixed and I kept getting quotes over $600. They fixed my a/c for the price of $340.00. Now I'm able to avoid these hot summer days. Thanks for fixing my A/C at a affordable PRICE!!!!!!!

Jeep Wrangler Sahara Ed. brought in w/ 90k+ miles



Work- new engine, new radiator, new thermostat, new fuel injector, new spark plugs, new crankshaft, and new idle speed control. (pretty much everything that runs in my car had to be replaced because the dealership hid all the small problems that turned into huge problems down the line for a person who is not car savvy)



Review- Good work, good people. Located in not so busy place so it was easy to find it and to actually turn into the shop and not have to wait to pass 3 lanes of traffic. offered me a military discount which is always nice. They made my car run like its brand new. Even picked me up in their vehicle from home and took me to my bank then back to the shop. very prompt and polite. It was my first time really going to a shop and they made it a great experience. time to drive my jeep again! thanks, i would recommend this place for any fix on any vehicle.
