Epoxy Prime Coat

(1.) Epoxy Prime Coat recently completed two of our condo porches. I am not impressed by this company's work at all. There is epoxy or sealant all over our black metal railings base, and the stairwells and vestibules are littered with work debris. They really should learn to clean up after themselves.

(2.) I was here the first two days of their work schedule and I noticed that on the second day a gentleman arrived early to do the prep work, but after about an hour he left for 4-5 hours. He came back about the time people were getting home from work. No sealants were applied so he was not waiting for anything to dry. He obviously had another job that took precedence to ours.

(3.) Professionalism is definitely not Matt Glaza's strong point. I was concerned that my very expensive windows would be chipped or somehow damaged during the four-day process. I called him and asked that he bring something to cover the windows as they proceeded. He promised that he would that very afternoon, but he failed to do so. He said his company would be liable if something happened, but I reminded him that it would be wise to be proactive.
