Diamond Coatings Epoxy Floors

Just finished our basement floor with the metallic finish. Couldn't be happier. After dealing with many contractors over the years, this is by far one of the most professional. They showed up when they said they would and worked every day until the job was complete. I would definitely recommend them!

Called to get estimate on 3 car garage. Owner was very informative on the process and procedure. Price was middle of other quotes i received. Ultimately decided to go with them and am very pleased with the way my garage turned out. highly recommend

I had my garage flooring done today and I can't say enough good things about this company. Initially when I called, my phone call was promptly returned (some places don't ever call back). I had two very nice and courteous, hard working guys show up, right on time (and that seems to be rare these days as well). I have very impressed with the beautiful job they did and they were so easy to work with and so accommodating! My garage floor looks absolutely beautiful!! It's like a whole new garage! I even called the owner back to let him know how happy I was with the job and wanted to write a review here. I have worked with tons of people for different jobs on my house. I would have to list them as one of the top people we have ever worked with in the past 10 years. This is no joke! I don't know what happened to hard work and good customer service, but this company sure seems to be able to restore my faith that it still exists out there. Thank you so much for a job well done and it is greatly appreciated! I think the quality in the product, the fair pricing and the fine people that work for and with this company are exceptional!!! I would highly recommend them and I keep going out and looking at my garage floor. It just looks beautiful! I had a great experience for a change and it's so nice to be able to tell other people! found this company online....called and received a quote for my basement. The owner was very polite and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Explained the whole process to me and how long it would take. Also, told me even what to look for in other quotes i was receiving. Felt very comfortable with him. Was able to go on there website and look through pictures and color samples. Decided to go with them and was able to accommodate me since i was in a time crunch. The price was very reasonable. They came at 9am in the morning and were done in about 5 hours or so. Most importantly the basement looked amazing!!! all the cracks were filled beautifully and cant even tell there were any. Referred my sister in law who is looking to get her garage done in the spring.

I hired Diamond coatings to do the floor prep for the epoxy floor in my game room. I was quoted $500 (about $1/sqft) for the floor prep which included the floor grinding to remove the old glue from the floor and to repair a crack that ran the length of the room and patch several nail pops from where carpet had been nailed down. I was told over the phone that it would be a one day job and that when they were finished my floor would be completely ready to apply my epoxy floor. It turned into a two day job that consumed my entire weekend. The first day a guy showed up around 10am to grind and remove the black glue from the floor. He used a medium sized floor grinder to remove most of the glue from the floor and scuffed my newly painted walls about 8 inches up all the way around my room. When he wasn't able to finish the job the first day he told me that the owner of the company would be coming out the next morning to finish grinding the floor and do the patch work. The next day the owner showed up around noon to finish the job. He got to work quickly and soon started to patch the floor and crack. I asked him about grinding the crack out before he patched it and he assured me that with this method that didn't need to be done. He continued to fill in the nail pops around the room and was finished in about 4-5 hours total. When he was done with the patch work the told me that it would be 24 hours before the patching compound would be dry and ready to sand. He told me that I would have to sand it down before I applied my epoxy floor. Not exactly completely preped and ready to go. I also noticed several spots that he missed when patching the floor. Of course I noticed them after he had left so I will be stuck finishing even more of the job. After I paid him he told me that he did not have a way to give me a receipt but if I texted him my e-mail address he would send me one electronically. I texted him right after he left but I still haven't received my receipt. In all, both guys were very friendly and pleasant to deal with and even gave me some pointers on how to install my epoxy floor. However, the job felt rushed and wasn't completed. My walls will need to be touched up. The patch work will need to be sanded and several nail pops will need to be filled. They definitely didn't use the care the would have had it been their own home they were working on. I think when I do my garage floor next summer I will use a different contractor.

I have lost my email address used to write the first review where I gave one store. This was the review with the concern regarding the different in price. If I was able to than I would remove my negative review of Diamond Coatings Expoxy. The owner of Diamond Coatings Expoxy did offer to resolve the matter to my satisfaction; not only after posting this review, but before. I am totally satisifed with the way he has offered to resolve the matter.

Was quoted near the low-middle range of what other companies had quoted. He got to the jobsite then gave a new about two and a half times of what was quoted IF I wanted it to look really good, but for an extra $150 or so could add a thick coat. I agreed to this, but when he got through grinding the floor he said that the floor would not look good if he applied the thick quote and it would be the price of about 2.5 times the original quote.

Did my Garage Floor; which was in horrible condition and made it look like a showroom. When i called for him to come out and do an estimate he was the most honest person. Was more concerned about doing the job right than about the money.

Great company did my garage and basement fair price and Great work owner was doing the job and very nice guy.. Very happy with all work he has done for me and my neighbors
