5 Star Limousine Service Inc

Back in November I received a quote of $250 for the Limo bus for my wedding day this upcoming May. A few days ago I spoke to a separate person about the Limo bus to see if it was still available. It was and he quoted me at $350. I asked him why the price had changed and he told me he would honor the last quote of $250. I called yesterday and reserved the limo bus at the $250 price. I gave them my credit card and all my information. Shortly after, I received a call saying the price had gone up to $780. I didn't want to pay this price already being quoted from two separate people that the price was $250. He told me to call back in the morning and talk to Randy. I called back this morning. Randy was apologetic but said there was no way he could make a profit off of only $250. I should add we wanted a one way transfer which would be about a 15 minute ride. So apparently he can't make a profit off a 15 minute ride by charging $250. Randy told me that during prom season they shoot the prices way up because people are willing to pay for it. He will not give me the limo bus for $250 because somebody out there will pay the $780 or more for it. If this company were professionally run he would have apologized and given me the limo bus for $250 especially after I had spoken to three separate people all telling me $250 was the correct price. So either this company is trying to trick me into a higher price by changing it after I made my reservation or there's a total lack of communication within the company resulting in unhappy customers. Either way, I don't recommend this company. I'm going to look for a more professional and competent company to trust my wedding day to.

I have been very impressed with 5 Star Limousine. The drivers are extremely courteous and it is obvious that they are seasoned drivers based on the extra things they do to make the experience more special. I am never hesitant to recommend 5 Star Limo Service. You guys get ***** from me!

By far te best limo service in all of central Florida. Cars are kept in great condition, price is very fair and drivers very professional. Been in many limo's with various companies in central Florida for past 24 years and nobosy compares. Once i went with 5 Star have been loyal ever since.

I have used Five Star for more than a dozen years and have never been disapointed with the service. The car are always immaculate and the drivers are very professional. No surprises with Five Star.

I must write about what a great experience we had with this company, they were very puncutal, very accomadating, they took very good care of us. We (15 girls) had the best time and will definately call them for our future trips. I highly reccomend them.
