YELLOW TAXI OF SANFORD

The driver was very pleasant as was the ride. However, when I arrived at the aiport and handed her my AMEX card she quickly replied "Sorry, cash only". She called her "dispatcher" who said there was an ATM on 436 that I could go take money out of. Why is it that the dispatcher could not tell me it was cash only when I arranged for the cab? Why is it that the driver when picking me up could not tell me it was cash only?



Never again! Never again! Your customer service sucks!
