Utopia Property Management-San Diego

I have been renting from Utopia in the North Park area for a little over four years. I have had a lot of good experiences with renting from this company. Having been a renter for many years I know how some companies just don't care about the renter all they care about is if they get the rent. That is NOT the case with Utopia Managment when ever I have had a problem with my home they sent someone to take care of it right away and when I hit some hard times about a year ago my Manager worked out arrangements with me until I could get back on my feet again instead of just kicking me and my family out on the street. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company who cares.

I am so happy to have found Utopia Management, i was very freightened to go with a property management company being it was my first time i was very confused and didn't know what to look for or what to ask especially with so many choices now days you dont really know who is the best out there and you want the best. Upon my request for more informationto the last steps to now they have been increideble helpful and very professional in every aspect of the word. I am extremely impressed and happy with the Utopia has handled my propertynand my business they truly have made my experience wonderful, keeping me on the loop of the property , answering any question's or concern''s i might have they have valued my business to the fullest and i truly apppreciate that.

I live out of state and have owned property in San Diego for more than fourteen years. Utopia Management has been my Property Managers for a little of three years, choosing them as a Management Company is one of the best decisions I've made I wish I would have done it long ago. I used to have to fly to San Diego several times a year to make sure my property was being maintained but now that I am with Utopia I don't have to. They are doing a wonderful job, from the Resident Manager they have placed at the property, the helpful accounting department to my reliable Property Manager and her assistant this company works as a team to make sure my property as well as my tenants are taken care of. I can rest assured that my property is the best hands it could be in and I now have more time for me and my family.

I have used a couple other local property mnaagement companies and I have to say that Utopia has been the best yet. My account manager has been very helpful whenever maintenance issues come up. She always keeps me informed of the happenings at my home. She is very propmt about retuning my calls within the promised 24 hour time frame. Additionally, she is very patient with me as I tend to be a little neurotic when it comes to my home. She makes managing seem so easy sometime :) Anyway, Utopia gets my seal of approval!

I am currently the President of an HOA. Utopia has been providing us with management services for years now and I have always been pleased with the quality of their service. They respond to all of my queries quickly and we have found the staff there to be outstanding and professional. My husband is in the military and when the orders came through for us to relocate to Japan, I was heart broken. Not only did I have to leave San Diego, but I had to leave behind the new home that we had put so much time, money, and effort in to. We didn't want to sell but we weren't too thrilled about the idea of renting it out to people (you just never know who you're going to get!), much less managing it all the way from Japan! I have used other management companies in the past with bad results. Now I have been with Utopia Management and I am very happy and thought it would be good for others to know that there are good management companies out there and I found one with Utopia. I am also in the military.

I am one of those people that lost my home due to forecloser. I make enough money to rent a place but I could'nt afford my mortgage.Utopia was there to help me when I told them I was being foreclosed on that it messed up my credit krista stepped in an approved my rental application for a house in El Cajon. Everyone else seemed to think I was a bad person because I could'nt make my mortgage payment but no Utopia. I moved from out of state and was completly new to California and the San Diego County and needed assistance finding a new home, I searched Utopia Managment and contacted them immediatly . They were extremely professional ,prompt and offered me and my family execeptional customer service, we were moved in within a week to a beutiful home in a great community. I'm new to this hole property managment thing and i was really nervious about doing it on my own and having to signeing a contract thu a compnay. i done some homework to see which company would be good for me and i finally dicided on going with utopia management. I was really impresed with how fast they replyed to my email and how friendly they were. they seemed really organised and had it together. They fave me all the information i needed so that i can make a good choice for whats rite for me even tho i wasn't quite ready to sign. they didn't brush me off like some of the other ones when they found out that i'm not ready. they just kept very patience and stuck with me until i was ready. i'm already teliing all my friends about them so that they can have there home managed or rent thro these people.

There has been some water damage in the bathroom and there was an electrical problem on the exterior of the unit as well, and Juanita has been understanding, reasonable, prompt and clear in her communication, methodology, strategy and follow through with the situation.
