I like the concept of flowers shipped direct. But actually I didn't save any money vs the local florist. More importantly there was no presentation and the quality was just ok. Don't bother with this outfit.

I am also a local florist and one needs to understand that you are getting

better product and service from a local florist!!!

these people are a joke and as one other stated on here, the florist doesnt even get

paid for the order and you get cheated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do not call these wire services that are just order gatherers.

The people you talk to on the phone could not even tell you one thing

about flowers. they read out of a book and are clueless!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A local Florist!!

Placed my order for Mother's Day and was told ON Mother's Day that the order had been cancelled. No explanation, no substitution, no possibility for an order to get delivered in time. Nothing. Customer service was a joke. They are quick to take your money. Not so quick to make good on their end of the deal. Sounds like fraud to me. I told them to just refund me and I ordered from a local florist. The person I am sending these belated flowers to may not have many Mother's Days left. What can ProFlowers do about that? I will NEVER use them again. Totally unprofessional.

the arrangement i sent was an embarassment to my husband when he saw them at a friends house....he said it looked like weeds that a child had put together....i called the company and they quickly offered to reimburse me or send out another arrangement....of course we took the money to order new flowers somewhere else.. i give a 1 to this company..but a 5 to "willy" from customer service, for making my complaint to the company painless

I've ordered 3 times from them thinking that different arrangments would be better. Not the case. Each time the flowers were almost twice the price of the local florist. Once, the flowers were to be shipped to an office building. Because the address contained the word "Box" they were not shipped. I called the day they were to arrive and asked where they were; I was told that they could not be delivered because the address was a PO Box. the order was placed two weeks in advance with plenty of time to tell me that it could not be completed. My account was charged for the order and the flowers were never delivered. I had to call them to see what the problem was. I had to end up cancelling the order (despite their refusal to give me a refund) they finally gave me a refund. I then had to drive an hour and a half pick up some flowers at the local pharmacy florist and deliver them myself. All in all a very overpriced ripoff. The local florist's flowers are much better quality anyways and don't have to be arranged yourself. The flowers come in a box that you have to pick off the dead petals and outer leaves of the flowers before even arranging them in a box. They last less then half the time of normal florist flowers. I would not buy again. Be ware

Mail order flowers are junk. For real quality at the same or better price see your local florist. I like to see the face of the person I do business with - if there is a problem - they will take care of it without having to spend hours on the phone.

They are not local florist they just wire the order to a local florist and whats horrible is sometimes they are shipped on a plane in a box,example 1 doz. Roses are just 12 Roses in a water pic,put in a box with a vase and when they arrive,after being thrown around at the airport and put into a hot truck for delivery when they finally get to your house YOU get to arrange the flowers in the vase they ship you. They are a ripoff!!

They are rather pricey. They do occasionally run specials that are "affordable", but for the most part, they're expensive. They wanted to charge me $12.99 for a delivery fee on a dozen roses that were $29.99. No thanks.

For the past 2yrs I have bought my mom flowers for her birthday, vday and mothers day and they have always come on time and fresh. The ONE time they were not fresh they immediately sent out a fresh bunch and they were gorgeous!!

The order arrived with the Vase Broken. When I called in they replaced the entire order for free.

to anyone thinking of ordering. I am a local florist. All these people do is collect orders, and send them on to me. That would be great if the flower shop filling the order was actually being paid for their work and product. These people are killing the industry. Everytime someone orders from them, the flower shop that fills the order loses money. We can't afford it. Please call your local florist. You will get much better service, and you won't be hurting the community.

They have been very good at giving replacements if the flowers are perfect.

they do not serve your area. they are order collectors that distribute your order to a true local florist, that does all the work and guarantees the flowers. ANYONE who advertises, but fails to provide you with their address is NOT in your local area. Support your local florist and your local businessmen. Your local providers are the ones who support your local activities, schools, little leaguse, Lions Clubs, etc.... they in turn need your support. Keep looking here until you find an advertiser that posts his physical address, then you have someone in your local area.

you get what you pay for. who knows where these people are? certainly not serving all the areas they advertise in.. They are simply another order collector that transfers your order to a true local florist at a discounted price. Call your local florist and get exactly what you want. These people don't know an aster from a zinnia.

I received a bouquet of flowers from this business. The flowers arrived in nice shape. You can often find a discount by listening to talk radio or searching the web.
