He was very helpful and worked very hard to answer all my questions and concerns. Also, he was very personable and had a neat personality which made the buying process easier. The negotiation process was explained well and made me convinced I was doing the right thing buying the Highlander. The facilities were very nice and comfortable. I spent several hours there so I was glad it was so comfortable. The vehicle was delivered the day I purchased it. It was in excellent condition, clean and gassed, and ready to roll! They should continue with their attentive service and email notifications. I cannot think of anything they need to change at this time. After my first service appointment hopefully I will feel the same

It was so impressive to me that even though we had only met once and it had been 3 weeks since we last spoke, Eddie Nealy knew who I was, he even asked how my husbands law program was going and if I got the job I had applied for. It was really cool that he remembered those details after just working with me one time. Edgar was an awesome sales rep! He suggested that I drive the test vehicle for the day to compared w/the other SUV I would be test driving and every fell short of my expectations when compared to the Rav4. The whole paperwork process took about 1-1/2hrs afterward...last SUV I leased from another dealership took the better part of a day!

John Cortez worked very hard to find the exact Prious we wanted. Located it in Dallas and got it here right away. Also closing on the vehicle was very efficient. Now days it usually takes forever to close on a new car, but not so at Alamo. The finance manager was a tremendous help to deciding what extra packages to get.
