Carl was a big help and had every thing ready for us when we went to the dealership, very good. Glenn has sold me my last 3 vehicles. He always treats me like I want to be treated.

Gabriel was very helpful and kind. We arrived near closing time with an appointment to meet another sales person, who had already left for the evening. Gabriel stepped in and took care of us. We did not feel rushed, even though it was time for closing. He worked hard to get a deal that we were happy with.

My salesperson was very attended to what I wanted and made sure that I got everything in a timely manner and it was perfection! They all worked with my budget and try to get me into the price rage that I was looking for. I would had like to get it even lower but I do understand that the FJ is an expensive car. The paperwork was done in a timely manner and with respect to my need of time, with only what a needed to have for the car, not more just to sale me items not needed, this I love about this part of the sale person It one of the best, and I say this because this is my first Toyota am a Honda drive and I just loved this vehicle that I had to have it! Clean and with everything that was to be in the vehicle and sale personnel went over all the paperwork and items that the vehicle hs The counter service, in all the areas in the dealership I would have love to get a lower monthly payment on th FJ vehicle.

David Munoz was dedicated to assisting me with finding the right vehicle to suit my needs. He was available to assist me whenever I called or whenever I showed up on the premise. He worked his schedule around mine to be there at the dealership. I appreciated this greatly and it made everything go smoothly and I was able to coordinate around my work schedule which decreased my stress. David Munoz was very courteous and professional throughout the process. I enjoyed his assistance and he made this car buying experience go smoothly without any bumps. Exactly how I like it. Quality with expediency. All of the staff were very professional/polite. Very welcoming, comfortable and clean environment. Very catering....to my needs. I appreciated that. Continue to keep the same characteristics I have mentioned throughout my survey. I would like to see more incentives offered on the overall price of a vehicle. That would make me feel better to know that I am getting the best price compared to the overall market.

John Cortez was very professional and truly a joy to work with through this process. As I already had a loan approved through my bank, they understood this and did not pressure me to finance through them. I appreciated the respect from all I came into contact with. Glenn was top notch. He took the time to explain everything which made it easier to make decisions and he was very friendly. It was very clean & comfortable It was quick and easy. No Hassle at all. I appreciated that it did not take long to get into my vehicle and drive off. They should keep doing everything they are doing now..

I took my daughters Rav4 in for service before she had to drive back to OKC. They said it needed shocks which I approved. They also suggested getting the headlights defogged, cabin filter replaced, air conditioner checked, etc. Normally I don't do this stuff at the dealer but since it was there already and my daughter needed to get on the road I approved the work. 6.5 hours later it was finally ready. I paid the bill and was reading the receipt while waiting for the car to be brought up when I realized they did not do the shocks. I just paid $350 for all the miscellaneous crap they talked me into and they didn't do the work I initially brought it in for. The service writer said they did not have the shocks in stock. I told him that he should have called me and I would have picked up the car and got my daughter on the road 6 hours earlier. He said he forgot. I spoke to "Bud" the manager and after telling him that my daughter had to get on the road immediately, he offered to order the shocks and discount the labor when they got them in. I suspect he only made the offer because he knew we couldn't take advantage of it. I am usually pretty sharp about smelling a rip-off but this one slipped by me. I got stung for $350 with a classic bait and switch. I would not trust Alamo Toyota to check the pressure in my tires. I can only assume a similar experience awaits those who buy cars there as well.

Ron was very helpful throughout the process and I could tell he cared about his role in the process. Got a fair deal. Could have got another one for less but they had what we were looking for. Went well and it was a good experience.

Joe buantello did an excellent job and got me in a reliable vehicle with the price I could afford. I look forward to buying from him and Alamo Toyota again!
