The kool smiles office on S New Bruanfels is very friendly. I take all my children there for there dentistry needs. Dr.Razai is very good with my children and would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Kool Smiles on New Braunfels in San Antonio, Texas is the best dental office I would recommend Dr Razai and Kathy were great with my grandson he didn't cry or anything that's because he was getting a cavity filled both ladies were wonderful great with my grandson I recommend this place very friendly

Being uneasy, since my last dental visit was some time ago, the staff help me feel comfortable. The manager was helpful and answered all my questions. Jessica was very patient with me since I have TMJ and could only handle a few xrays at a time. I will definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

Dr. Razai was incredibly nice explained everything to me and which steps we would be taking to better my smile . Veronica, Sabrina, Dezerae, and Dr. Ari as well contributed to my more than intriguing first check up they answered all my questions nothing but good vibes and genuine care. My son and I have been coming here for 3 yrs. now for cleaning and check ups. Everyone is so kind and especially Ashley & Sabrina. We go twice a year.

Came to appointment with my daughter and kids they were very polite and answered every question in a very polite manner id refer them to all they are great with children ty all very much

The staff is very friendly. I love the way they talk to the kids, they make my kids feel at ease and their appointments always go so smooth.

I've been going to kool smile for almost 4 years and I use to love it!However lately I have been going and it seems to be going down. The carpet looks nasty and the place smells. Even the ladies at the front desk are rude. The give you attitude like your bothering them. I'm thinking of going somewhere else.

My son and grandkids love this place they are friendly and patient thanks keep up the good work lady's see u in 6 months
