Had a great experience today...had some teeth work done on my youngest....dr and nurse were great with her...kept her calm....

Dr. Hensley & Kathy treated my daughter and they were GREAT!! My daughter was very nervous before the visit. Kathy walked her through the whole process and showed her all the tools she would be using. I think that really helped, she calmed down and the process was smooth sailing after that. Already made my next Appt;) Thanks again.

Dr Hensley and Kathy we're amazing. My son was a little scared at first but Kathy talked him through everything and he didn't feel a thing during his filling appointment. Doctor was very nice and funny too. Will be back to see them!

my daughter always has a great time coming to the kool Smiles on Braunfels our Dr.Taiyo explains everything very well and make sure we understand what's going on and make sure is my daughter is very comfortable and the nurse Kathy is very helpful in making sure we know what's going on at all times and to answer any questions or concerns we may have.We love this place and will continue to come here for yes to come.

I was treated very well. My time waiting to get in was within 5 minutes. Kathy was my tech and Dr. Karan was my dentist.

Very friendly staff, accommodating scheduling. My daughter and I recieve orthodontic services and starting seeing results from our braces within a month. I recommended this place to my sis and my niece for braces and they love it as well!

My wife and I are very grateful to have found Dr. Razai. We were worried about our 6 yr old son having a traumatic experience getting extractions and caps but Dr. Razai was patient and sweet to him. She performed her job wonderfully. The staff is great. Had 3 different girls assist the doctor on seperate occasions and they were all professional as well. Over all great experience.

I've been bringing my three kids here for two years now and ibe always found the facility and they're staff to be professional, fast, friendly and courteous. Our primary dentist here is Dr. Razai whom is great! I wouldn't take my kids any place else. Also I am attended alot by Sabrina and Paola whom are an assistants there. Very outstanding service. Love them and the clic altogether very much. 1-10...? I'd give a 20! Never had any bad experiences and the staff alays goes above and beyond for their patients :)
