North Star Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep

I don't know where to even begin with this review but all i have to say DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!! Worst customer service I've ever received especially coming from the General Manager Leo Chairez!! He has no remorse,no care or no compassion what so ever for his customers!! Even after I told him what had happened to me with my "NEW 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE" on the freeway. He had the audacity to tell me oh that is a easily fixable issue. I was on the freeway when my brand new vehicle just stalled on me!! Luckily it was a Sunday and not much traffic on the freeway because if not i probably wouldn't even be here to be able to write this review but again the General Manager Leo Chairez made it seem like there was really no big Issue!!! I bought this vehicle In the end of June and barely have at the moment over 2000 miles on it and I already encountered not just one but two issues with it and no its not just a small issue. This issue could've clearly taken my life or others if it would've been a week day with a lot of traffic. I never write reviews but buyers please be aware!!! AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!! Because if your brand new car were to break down on you trust me this Dealership does not care and will do nothing to help you out!! All they care about is making the sale and getting paid!! And once they have their money if anything happens to your vehicle they do not want to take any responsibility on that piece of shit they just sold you!! Cause that is exactly what i bought from them!! A BRAND NEW PIECE OF SHIT!!!

Rene Macias is the guy you want. My dad and I have been loyal customers of North Star Dodge for decades. In the past my dad had purchased 3 trucks from there and I had already purchased 2 trucks and was getting ready to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife. I spoke to Rene and told him what my wife wanted. He stated that they didn't have any Grand Cherokees in stock but that they could locate one for us so I made an appointment with him. Then I called to tell him that my wife had located a jeep she liked at another dealer to see if he could find one like it. His response? "Well if you found the jeep she likes go ahead and buy it there, I'm fine with that". He didn't try to keep our business knowing we were loyal to NSD. So we took his advice and we went to San Antonio Dodge and Mark Carney gave us the best experience ever! And yes we bought the jeep at San Antonio Dodge. Thanks Rene Macias!!!!

I just purchased a 2016 Jeep Rubicon and already gone back twice for something that's probably a small fix. I feel like I'm getting brushed off and disappointed with there service. So, here I am with a new vehicle and unsatisfied. Shame on you North Star Dodge!

These guys don't know what there doing. I have taken my car three times for a brake line leaking and they still can't fix it

I went and stood 5 minutes by a vehicle I was interested in. No one came over. I walked through the showroom with sales reps inside. No offer for assistance. I went to look at other vehicles. No offer for assistance. I went and finally asked the receptionist for a sales rep. One finally walks from behind where they were all laughing and cutting up. As we walked back to the vehicles, I mentioned the lack of assistance. He said it was the end of the month and every is getting your numbers in. I felt insulted. I asked to speak to the manager and that I wanted the manager outside with me where I had been sweating waiting for a sales person. It eventually came to raised voices and cursing.

My husband and I have been looking for a new vehicle for months we have been to dealerships after dealerships. One thing I loved about North Star Dodge, very professional and the whole time we were there, I did not feel pressured nor swindled. Laura Jones, Internet Director helped us first and she was prompt, honest, dependable and great. Wayne our sales guy, great heart: once again my husband and I did not feel as if the staff wanted to get a quick buck. Wayne was great, caring and listened to our needs. We already knew which car we wanted, we did our research and the guys at North Star Dodge came through for us and I recommend them again and again and again. We purchased a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica, great mileage and an outstanding waranty, being that we have kids this is definetly what we needed. When I am looking for another vehicle I definetly know where to go. Thanks you guys, you have made my second car buying experience a great one: )
