EcoShield Pest Control

This company is the worst pest control place ever, they never came to do their job, their customer service on the phone are rude people. Tried to cancel our contract and were told we had to pay a fee but they could change our contract to end earlier and were happy. When i called to confirm my last payment they told me it was going to be my last one. I then get a letter in the mail 3 months later that they will be out to service. I call the company and spoke with Shauna told her my situation, she tells me she will get the manager and gets back on the phone stating she is the manager, she did not try to assist at all kept me on hold longer than she even spoke with me and then told me my last payment was not my last payment. This company is horrible with customers. They lied and keep trying to get more money. I will be posting this everywhere I can so that no one else is affected.



Also don t speak with Ryan he is the worst of them all, He is very rude and arrogant. He would not help said it was a small amount I should be able to afford that. They did fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phil Herrera is great, always very courteous and punctual. He asks about any issues occurring and offers solutions to fix any problem. Thanks Phil!

He worked fast and did a complete job, he even got rid of cobwebs over my door. He is a keeper, hope he comed back

He was able and willing to answer our questions about what type of ants we were having a problem with inside our home and quickly and effectively get rid of them!
