Nicolas Brewer and Zac Swank serviced my house today and were very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services being conducted on this visit.

So in short, Big thanks to Nicolas Brewer and Zac Swank for their services today!!

Very poor customer service. They are very deceiving when trying to sign you up for service. A contract was never discussed upon our initial spray but 2 1/2 months later and they automatically billed us for a service appt we weren't notified of we have no proof ever occurred. They didn't leave a "been here" notice on the door that they were there or anything. We're just taking the office's word for the fact that they came. Aside from the fact they never notified us of the appt in the first place. Shanna, in the office, stated they send out notices to our email and phone regarding appts but we coincidently only received that notice immediately after getting off the phone complaining about the situation. Thy used payment info we used for our first service and are stating we are on contract. With a lot of teeth pulling they finally emailed a copy of the contract but it's a document we had never seen before with a signature that was not mine and informed us it would cost $200 to cancel. Unable to get in contact with a Manager and have not received a response to emails about the issue.

We have had ecoshield over a year now and think they do a good job. I highly recommend Ryan and Darren - they both have done really good jobs servicing our house.

We had our house sprayed by Ryan Deweese and he did and excellent job! He was on time, polite, great with my kids bugging him with a million questions and just overall very professional. I learned a lot this evening from Ryan, he knows a lot about the products they use and about all the different bugs. I will definitely be requesting him every time. Thanks Ryan and Ecoshield!!!!

Had my yard and house sprayed today and Daniel Fowler was my tech. I do have to say that he was really informative about the product and insects they treat. Really would like for him to be my repeat technician that comes out to do my property. Hope he gets requested more often..

We've been y'all a little while now and since I have had y'all its been good I don't see any creepy critters and when I do they are dead, today Daniel Fowler treated my house and he explained the changes and reminded me about the free treatments in between if we see anything. We're gonna renew our contract for sure. :) bug free is the life for me.

We had Kenny Heins spray our home and yard today. He was very nice and explained alot of the process he goes through. I felt he went far and beyond. Would like to have him spray everytime!!

Just want to say thank you to Daniel F. he treated our home today and did an amazing job. He was super polite and full of information. He said I should review him here to make sure he stays on this rout, I hope this stays his rout because he is really cool. Thank you Daniel.

So this big guy knocked on my door this morning he said his name is Daniel and that he is gonna treat my home, so I say ok. He did every thing, he put out some sand stuff, sprayed and swept the over hang of my roof he moved so fast and even stopped to move stuff on my deck ib like this guy I hope he stays our tech he is awesome. Wtg Daniel thank you.

I dont have service with them yet but after I saw Daniel Fowler working on neighbors home I decided to go talk to him, he blew my mind. I have white knights right now and they are ripping me off. Daniel even gave me free inspectionand showed me what they are missing. I have 4 treatments left with white knights after that I'm gonna switch to ecoshield.. thank you Daniel hope your the one I see when I switch. I live on comet manor

Just had my service done this morning. Tyrone Smith did a fantastic job!! Very friendly by far the most professional technician I have met in the few years that I have been a customer. Outstanding!

Although I was skeptical in the beginning I am truly pleased with Eco Shield! The customer service is outstanding and if you need them to return before scheduled they do. We had them just spray outside a few months ago and then we had ants in our bathrooms within a week. They came back and we haven't seen any more since! Today Darren V. found a dead opossum in our backyard while treating around our home-he removed it!!!!! I was so grateful for him going above and beyond what was required.
