Dury's is very likely my favorite gun shop. It's just a nice family business and overall great store.

I won't do business with them again! I took a gun to consign with them, and went back to check on them after 9 days and they never put it on their web page or in any display. It was just sitting in their back room! Whats the point! Then, I asked what other online sites I could use, they didn't know of any, so, I ended up selling it outright to them at 60% of my selling price! Don't trust them, they conned me!

I have attempted to shop at Dury's on three occasions. On each visit, I had to fight to get anyone's attention, and getting a question answered was like pulling teeth. They claim to be law enforcement friendly, but only provide a 5% discount. I have found better prices on same model firearms at Bass Pro and Sportsman's Warehouse. Surprisingly I have also found the bigger chains to be friendlier and more knowledgeable. Another shop, Nagel's on San Pedro has continually provided a higher trade in value on firearms I wished to get rid of. They have also worked much better deals on law enforcement related items. Sportsman's also provides a 10% discount for law enforcement and always has a better retail price. Given the attitudes and high prices at Dury's, I refuse to ever set foot in the place again.
