Great choices, service and advise.

I bought a used handgun that had some unresolvable problems. The folks at Dury's took it back and gave me store credit--no questions asked. I bought a different handgun (new) and was very pleased.

Great customer service with fair pricing.

Not enough help not enough parking and the only good thing about this place is their Smith when he gets time to get around to your weapon. Extremely over priced and offer nothing for weapons you want to sell. When you walk in it is assumed you are stupid

I have purchased severeal guns from them and everytime I am in the shop it is like "happy hour". No matter how busy the workers are they always seem to find time to still be friendly and try to take care of their customers. The prices here may be a little higher than other local gun shops but tell me who else is going to fix any firearm you purchase from them for life. Keep up the great customer service guys.....and gals!

The prices are very competive and the life time warranty on every gun they sell speaks well of their reputtion when they tell you something take it to the bank.To me that the old fashion way of doing busines the Texas way. They live the way they the way they do business.

I have been a customer at Dury’s for many years- since I was 21. I come here because they make you feel like family.

I have been a Dury's shopper for going on 15 years. I have purchase numerous rifles, handguns, scopes and supplies. I have shop at other gun shops in San Antonio. No one comes close to the quality of service Dury's provides. Their warranty says it all. With that said, When Mr John Dury said, A Man is only as good as his word, Dury's lives up to what they say and by their actions.

The service in Durys gun shop is always excellent.From manangenment down to the lowest worker that id just cleaning up. Ask a question they take the time to help you and make sure you are happy with what ever problem you may have.

They helped me choose my holster and helped me pick my weapon. Eric was helpful and I was very pleased to have such a memorable experience. I will recommend this place to everybody I know.
