Was close to cancelling my service with Alterra until Will Barlow, the most recent service pro to service our yard and home, stopped by. He was very professional and attentive to a couple of issues we were concerned about. I learned a number of interesting things from Will that I could use myself to keep it pest free.

Steven Mata did a great job! He was very polite, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. Very professional and accommodating!

James Powell here in Houston area did a great job today. Was very professional, to the point, as well as easy going. Did a very thorough job. Hope to have him back next time!

We've had some issues with pests around our house - especially ants. Nico Q. from Alterra was thorough and did a great job taking care of both the inside and outside parts of the house. When I remarked about the ant problem, he promptly brought an ant-specific pesticide to apply apart from the standard pesticide. Thanks Alterra and Nico!

Felipe Linares did a great job! He answered all of my questions and even recommended how to clean out some cracks we have in our walls from foundation issues before we seal them. He was friendly and very helpful! He explained about the bugs we had on our sticky pad outside and really seemed to care about us as his customers.

Felipe Linaros was a great help today in providing us solutions for our ant and wasp problems! He was very friendly, professional and detailed in his explanations when we asked him questions. At first we thought we only had ant problems, but then we found a wasp nest in the backyard. Luckily Felipe was an expert with that particular pest and took care of it for us. It was great service and I would highly recommend him!

Sebastian L. was AWESOME he was ahead of schedule which worked out perfect for me. He came and did a great job very friendly and social. Even though he was ahead of schedule, he took his time, and didn't rush to get to his next stop. We talked shop and he listened as i rambled on about the remodel i did in my kitchen, he gave me some ideas to add on to it. He could have been like Im here to do my job and thats is, but he took the time to do his job and spare a few minutes talking which is a good thing in this fast paced world. He offered to be my regular tech which I will gladly accept. The last guy who came was good too, and he mentioned to write a review for him if i thought he did good. I didn't get around to it so i apologize to him for that. Sebastion didn't bring it up to get me to do it when he was done he was ready to leave. I asked him about it so i could give him a good review. So hope his boss see's this and see's how the little things can make a world of difference. Great job Sebastian L.

Felipe Linares has been my service provider several times over the last year. He is prompt and thorough. He is personable and answers all my questions or concerns.

Bennett(A Likable, Friendly, Professional young man) cold called at my door yesterday. I have a mosquito problem and I signed up because I don't want bugs in my house either. This morning, Sebastian Lozano was here right on time. He explained everything, was very nice and got right to work. Within 5 min. I went outside to talk to him, AND I DIDN'T GET BIT BY MOSQUITOS!! YAY I AM SO HAPPY WITH ALTERRA!! And they come back as often as you want FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! Cynthia S.

Sebastian Lozano came out for my first treatment. He was fabulous! Asked him to do stuff not necessarily included and he was on it and with a, "no problem". So far I am impressed. I will update with the results.

Jose Garcia came out on Tuesday afternoon and did a super good job on the outside. I had to reschedule the inside, though, because we had quite a bit of company show up while he was there. We appreciate the great job Alterra has done for us this past year.

Ashley C. NIck and Sebastian came out for my intial service this morning. They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. Nick explained what they were going to do before starting the treatment.
