General Info

Established in 1989, Z Tejas is a chain of Tex-Mex restaurants that serves a range of brunch specialties, such as smoked chicken Chile relleno, grilled cilantro-pesto ruby trout and Diablo chicken pasta. Its menu also includes blackened catfish tacos, cast-iron skillet dumplings, grilled jumbo quesadillas, catfish beignets, hand-hacked guacamole and salmon. Additionally, Z Tejas offers event management and catering services and has expertise in organizing social luncheons, cocktail parties and brunches. It also offers gift cards in several denominations for holidays and corporate incentives. Z Tejas has its corporate office located in Scottsdale, Ariz., and maintains a presence in Salt Lake City.
