Jimmy J. was very professional and made sure to explain everything to me before he did anything. He was very polite and cleaned up well after.

DON"T EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! They lied to me numerous times about the service I needed, when I finally paid them over $4500.00 for something they promised would be an insurance claim, it ended up they were wrong, of course. It took them over 3 months to give me a partial rebate. When I called them every week about my rebate they said it was "in the mail" which it obviously wasn't. What they said they "fixed" broke again two months later, when the city I live in came out they told me that Whipple fixed it wrong. I almost had to take them to court and wish no one would use this company ever again. They website won't let me give them zero stars out of five but I would.

In April of 2009 we purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Whipple Heating and Air "Service Champions" (their words not mine). We paid them $12,000 and they assured that we would get the best service and equipment possible and guaranteed our satisfaction. We started having problems with the air conditioner immediately after it was installed.



We called them and told them the problem. They have come out 6 or 7 times and every time they claimed that it was fixed. We have been told several things that were wrong each time it is something different. Not one of their technicians seem to really understand what is wrong or how to fix it. They come late or not at all. When you call they explain how sorry they are and apologize and again guarantee that the problem will be fixed.



When they sold us the furnace and air conditioner they told us that if we were every not completely satisfied we could talk directly to the owner Kent Whipple and he would personally take care of us. We have asked to speak to him several times and the response we get is "of course we can not give out his number, but we will get him the message." Of course we have never heard from him.



We picked his company because on his radio commercials he sounds like a trust worthy and honest person and I believed that he and his company would do what they say they would. I was very disappointed and in the hole $12,000 because they are not true to their word.

We just recently had a whole repiping done on our home and Whipple has been awesome about getting the work completed while making sure we are still comfortable at home. The tech's are really nice & they inform us of everything they're doing before they start on something new.

THE GUYS WERE GREAT THAT CAME TO OUR HOME. THEY WERE SO CLEAN & EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT THEY'D BE DOING BEFORE THEY GOT TO WORK

I was very happy with Cory's (the plumber) technique to resolve the issue with our washer - it saved a lot of $$$$ for us! His idea to replumb it was ingenious!

This company is a JOKE!! They charge exorbitant prices!! I called them to do a simple toilet valve change at my mothers house. Cut the old valve off, solder the new one one. They were done in 30 minutes. They wanted to charge my elderly mother $490.00!!! Oh wait! With the senior citizen discount it was only $422 !! Don't call these guys unless you have a bottomless bank account!!! I called the office manger and left 4 messages and on the 5th try with much insistance she finally took my call. She listened to my complaint and finally cut the charges to $200... ..still more than I think the job was worth.

I cannot believe how expensive these guys are. They charge just to come and give a quote, then tell you about how you can save the service charge by joining their customer club at $7.95 a month which is deducted automatically from your bank account. This is a bunch of junk.

I needed the green sticker for my furnace and I heard the ad on the radio for these guys so I called about mid April to get an appointment. They got me in for MAY 16. On May 15 at 7pm they call and leave me a message saying they aren't coming and would I like to reschedule for mid June. I called in APRIL no I don't want to wait until the middle of JUNE! Give me a break. As if that wasn't enough the people there are just plain rude when you call.
