we have been very happy with the service of Guy Coleman who serviced our air conditioner he was very courteous and covered all the bases answered all our questions and suggested things we could do to improve our service .so polite we really appreciated it.

We have been very pleased with the service this past week from Mike who installed a water softener and water heater and for Mike and Shaz who installed a furnace and AC unit. They were professional, courteous and respectful. They called before they came each day, explained what they would be doing, worked hard and always cleaned up before they left for the day. They answered questions and instructed us on how to work everything. Superior Water and Air really did WOW us with their service in every way.

I highly recommend Superior Water and Air for your plumbing needs. The technician, Trent, arrived promptly after calling to say he was on his way. He hooked up two bathroom sinks very efficiently despite some issues with my house plumbing. He was professional and pleasant and after the installation he showed me what he had done to make everything work perfectly. Thank you!

Our water heater went out and I called Home Depot, the next day I had Randall B from Superior water and air come and install a new water heater - he was fast and did such a great job. The technician was knowledgeable, got the new machine set up quick and kindly explained how to use it to everyone employee that came in. Couldn't ask for a better service and the new cooler is great!

We were extremely pleased with the technician who checked our air conditioning system. He showed me what he was doing and how to keep the filter clean. He suggested a new way of placing the furnace filter and gave us a quote for completing the task. he was very helpful and provided a great service.

We just had a tankless water heater installed by Superior Water and Air. They are far and away the best contractor we have ever worked with Mike and Shaz did an incredible job with the installation. Part of the process required an upgrade to our gas line, Mike did beautiful work and ensured we were completely happy with the results. The entire staff at Superior has been fantastic about communicating with us through the entire process. It's incredible to have a contractor we don't have to constantly call to find out what is going on. Based on our experience I can not recommend Superior Water and Air enough. We are so please with the service Superior Water and Air provided to us. We haven't had the best of luck with vendors and the services they have provided in our home lately. I can say Superior changed that bad streak and made it perfect. We spent a lot of money upgrading our furnace and adding central air and we feel it was worth every penny. We have the office drinking water and absolutely LOVE it! We serve it to our guests and always get comments on how great the water tastes! We had an awesome technician, Rich Spidle, who was professional and did such a great job servicing our system! I would refer this company to anyone!

For thirteen years I have Superior Water and Air service they are the best, today came Tony one of their employees he was very professional, friendly he answer the questions that I have, he was on time, and did a great job!

These guys were awesome from start to finish. Great bid and sale experience, careful job planning, and terrific, careful install. And it was big job...two furnaces, two AC units, two water heaters...and all sorts of new ducts and dampers for an awesome zone system. They were also quite generous with upgrades during the job--never asking me to pay more for changes. Pretty amazing. Notable guys in this were Kurt B., Darrin C., and Levi H.

Rick Spindle was on time, came prepared and cleaned the system. He did a great job and was very friendly and professional.

Brandon & Quentin came in and did the duct work cleaning after we had our HVAC units installed. They were professional and friendly. They showed up on time and did the work in a very timely manner. I would recommend Superior Water & Air to anyone looking to have work done.

Bought a Hague Soft Water system in 2001 from a different company. The tank ruptured, I called the company I bought it from, they explained that the tank had a 25 year warranty and to call Superior Water as they are now the authorized dealer for Hague. The Service manager came to my house and confirmed it needed to be replaced. He explained, I would have to pay for the shipping of the new tank, probably $500ish. I thought it was fair and expected based on warranty literature. He ordered it, called me when it was in, set up an appointment, called me the day before to confirm, called me on their way. Martin and Trent showed up, both very nice, pleasant and professional. They were here about an hour switching everything out and listening to my BS. They made no mess and everything is working great. I paid with my CC and offered them a beer, (they graciously declined because they were on the clock.) :-). These 2 guys were great, I would let Martin and Trent in my house again.

Superior was one of the most professional companies I've ever had in my home. They installed a tankless water heater in our home and in our cabin and both places were left cleaner than they even found it. It was a messy job at the cabin, and the only evidence they had been there is the garage floor was swept clean of all the debri from the summer as well as the insulation that fell from the ceiling. I'm thrilled!

They were very nice and quick. My wife usually doesn't like anyone in the house when i am not there, but these guys were so nice she didn't even mind. Our new water heater is great! They were $400 cheaper than another local company, and they didn't cut any corners. Still wish I didn't need to replace the water heater though.

For the third year Superior Water and Air has serviced my AC unit. They did an excellent job of installation and Dan the service tech was a pleasure to deal with
