Superior Water and Air

We got a new water heater put in and Roberto Flores did a great job. He was very professional and our water heater looks and works great. We got a good price for it and we will use Superior Water and Air in the future.

We have used Superior Water for a number of years. They have installed a water softener, water purification system, and a new furnace always with good results. Today (22 Jan 2015) we had Mr. Kevin Burnett at our home to replace the filters for the water purifier and following Mr. Burnett's suggestion ended up replacing the system with a update product which should save us in the long run. He did a very good job, took his time to explain what he was doing and left his work area cleaner than what he had found.

Roberto Flores was on time and cleaned up after himself. excellent.

I was very impressed with this company. Martin A. was so professional and knowledgable. He explained everything and did not try to upsell me. He did notice some other things that may need to be repaired in the future which I appreciated. I will definitely use the company again.

Jim S. 12/19/14 Courtney came to do a tune-up of my furnace on 12/18/14.. He was like the "Energizer Bunny." Within less than 5 minutes he diagnosed a big problem. It was an installation problem from 6/09. No other Tech found anything wrong since then. He saved my furnace. He deserves 8 stars. He is fantastic. I need him at my house twice a year. He is the best Tech ever to come to my house.

Levi came to our home on 12/2/14 to service our furnace and humidifier. He did an outstanding job! He was courteous, highly knowledgeable, and a hard worker. He checked everything out, cleaned things that needed cleaning, and showed me everything he did with insights on what to look for and how to operate and maintain the system.

I was impressed by how professional, knowledgable and kind Jeremy was. He explained everything in detail that he did. I would recommend Superior Water and Air to anyone who was interested in a new system.

We've had a great experience with plumbers Mark Frank and Ben Hatch when they spent the day doing an excellent installation of our new tankless water heater. Guy Coleman called to let us know that he would arrive within 15 minutes of which he was right on. He went right to work with the tasks he needed to cover. He was very efficient, friendly and clean. He explained to my husband what he was doing and then reviewed everything upon completion of his work. He found a small noise that was out of the ordinary and volunteered that he would check the warranty to see if it was covered. All our dealings in the past three years with Superior have been favorable.
