Came from California to pick up a new used car from Brett. He and Tony made the transaction as painless as could be. Car was as advertised, they even picked me up at the airport. Great experience.

From the second we walked in the doors we were greeted and treated very well. Mike was extremely friendly and made the process easy. Many individuals were working their hardest to find us the best deal.

Best Car Purchasing Experience Ever. Finding a car had been a very difficult task for me. I was trading in my vehicle and was determined to get top $$$ out of it...Everywhere I looked I was getting low-balled and given terrible deals on the car's I was searching for. After many attempts to find a dealership that would work with me, I finally had arrived to RC automotive and was lucky enough to work with Brett Duncan. We talked about what I was interested in and the trade-in value of my truck. The first offer on my trade was nearly $1,500 greater than any other dealer had offered. They did not have anything that I was interested in stock, so Brett went out of his way for 2-weeks looking for the right car for me. He was very prompt in keeping me updated with what he had found and was able to find get a killer deal on exactly what I wanted. He was able to get everything set-up, got the car inspected, detailed, and made sure that it was good to go out the door. This is by far the best dealership that I have ever worked with, make sure that you ask for Brett, he will take care of you!

I don't particularly like car salesman. But CJ made the purchase of my vehicle a very pleasant one. I would definitely buy from RC Automotive again.

My Experience was excellent.... I almost did not go into RC Automotive after reading the reviews, but I'm glad I did. I traded in my Ford Freestar and purchased a Chevy HHR. I love the car! Rick was my sales person and he was nice and courteous. Chris the owner did the finance portion and was also easy to work with and got everything done very quickly. It was one of the quickest, easiest car buying experiences that I have had. No, I don't work at the dealership and I'm not related to them either. I just had an overall good car buying experience. I flew from home in Colorado to SLC because of an incredible price and awesome customer service at RC. The Xterra is everything we expected-in great shape and low miles...we did not test drive because we trusted the folks at RC. Just flew in, they got me at the SLC airport and I drove off with a big smile!Financing was a snap and the extended warrenty a great deal as well. Thanks RC!!

I saved all my pennies and started to look for a car. I watched the Internet, checked local dealers and drove to Utah Valley a few times to test drive cars from multiple dealers including a dealer where family worked. This went on for over 2 months, test driving FILTHY, abused used cars. I was getting frustrated and decided to check out a few cars that I had seen online in SLC. The last car was at RC Automotive! The sales man was like talking to a buddy. No pressure, supper nice and HONEST. It was weird to be dealt with honestly after having your relative, hours earlier, try to wheel and deal you. The car i test drove was SUPPER CLEAN! No broken parts or pealing off finishes. It looked great, a1000x's better than anything else I had seen at other dealerships and most of them cost more! I took the car home and the next day the check engine light came on. I called RC Automotive about the problem. They said they would take care of me and they did! Instead of having me drive 3 hours to their shop, they got me set up with the local Chevy shop and fixed everything for me. It was so nice to deal with people that have integrity and really care about their customers, no matter how little they have to spend.

My family has been buying cars from RC for at least 20 years. Nobody has every had a problem with them. They are so great and bend over backwards to make you happy.

Best Used Car Dealer Anywhere! I am the kind of person who would rather just buy a used car through some stranger in the newspaper than deal with the sneaky, difficult used car dealers. But RC Automotive is not your usual dealer. My brother bought a car through RC and a month later the car had a problem. So he called RC and they fixed it! No questions asked. I was floored - I expected them to laugh at him and tell him that once he bought it, it's not their problem. A month later I found myself needing a bigger car, so I headed to RC. I found the perfect SUV and decided to buy it, but we needed a few weeks to decide. Our salesman didn't pressure us at all - he simply offered his assistance if we needed it. We bought our SUV and have loved it ever since, and I feel good knowing that I bought it from a company that is honest and willing to help with whatever we need, both before and after the sale.

I bought a used car today at RC. Both my salesman, Brett, and the finance manager, Tony, were awesome. This was seriously the easiest and best car buying experience I have had!

RC Automotive "two thumbs up". The crew at R.C. is awesome! I bought both my bmw 325xi and my audi a4 from them. I have had both of them in for service and was always pleased with the repairs and knowledgeable mechanics! Great company! I recommend them for anyone who wants a good buying experience or an honest mechanic.
