These people repaired my tire when it was five minutes from their closing time

Incredibly disappointed in the service. I brought the car in because it wouldn't start, but then if you waited a couple of minutes it would then start. To repair this problem it cost over $1400. I then spent $1600 to fix the air. Less than a month later, the same problem so I took the car back so they could have the car from Tuesday to the following Monday. They claimed it started everytime which I find hard to believe given the frequency it wouldn't start for me, and have witnesses of people unfortunate to have been riding with me. The Monday I picked it up after it supposedly started every time, I ended up being stuck at work until 7:00 pm where it took over an hour to start. When driving the following Saturday it started making a horrible noise so I drove it straight back to Big O. They couldn't do anything as the person who worked on the car wouldn't be back until Tuesday. So now I had to rent a car the whole time. Finally, on Tuesday, I was told that the fuel injector was faulty, which was causing the starting problem, but because I had driven it, I now needed a new engine, after already spending $3,000 with these "people". When they could have just just replaced the fuel injector in the first place, as we suggested to them on July 3rd. They made no effort to rectify or even apologize for the situation. I will never let these people touch my car again, and suggest you do not either. Run away as fast as you can and consider yourself lucky.

This place will not transfer warranty's that any other big o will. so if you think about going here stop and head some where else! This is not the place for your car!
