I love our new windows! Have to give special Props to our sales man KEN, he explained the benefits we will receive with our new windows and he was right. I can really tell how much more these windows keep the heat out of our home in this extreme heat. We are also saving on our electric bill significantlly. Best purchase I have made in quite awhile. We recently had our window's replaced and LOVE them. We immediately noticed a big difference in the noise and also there was no more moisture. The original install was great but we asked if a couple of the windows could be reset. They came and approved our request and the few window's we asked to be reset were done right away without any issue. We are very happy with them and will keep them in mind for future roofing or siding needs, Thanks Advanced Window's.

We were unhappy with the fact that the replacement windows we bought were not ready to be installed. They came with a nail fin that had to be removed prior to install (takes 20 minutes per window to remove a strip of plastic that's extra wide on the outside frame). This fin is typical for new construction, not replacement windows. We weren't told about this before we bought them, or after we picked the windows up. We decided to install them ourselves because they wanted to charge us $40 per window for a lead fee because we had lead paint sometime in the last 60 years on our window frames. The windows are nice, but the service wasn't great. Once they make the sale, good luck getting them to pick up once you have the windows.

5 years ago we had a great consultant, Ken, help us with our windows from Advanced Window Products. He was knowledgeable and helpful, even after our windows were installed. Our windows are beautiful, functional, and made a huge improvement. I would recommend Ken and his company to anyone!

Advanced Windows Products Recently did the windows in our entire home and we LOVE them. Josh (sales guy) was great and very informative. He helped me with our financing and got everthing done under budget which was definately refreshing for this day and age. They came and measured all my windows shortly after and were installed according to the schedule promised. Installers were great and even cleaned up after themselves. We are already noticing a big difference with how hot our house gets. I've already sent 2 of my neighbors their way.

Great Windows

We Had our windows replaced Thursday and was scheduled for Thursday and Friday a two day installation but they did all my windows in one day and they look great, we had a good team that installed them their names are Marshall and Justin out of about 12 teams. They did a terrific job and cleaned up after themselves and my son had his installed today by the same team and he was also very satisfied with them.

And it took only about a month from the day we ordered our windows, not bad however one must keep in mind that depending on the time of year and how busy they are that installation time changes.
