Certified Power Systems

Fair and honest!! My SUV was having intermittent starting issues and had to be towed to the shop four times in as many weeks. I finally had it towed to Certified Power Systems where they quickly went to work on diagnosing the problem. They narrowed it down to an electrical issue, and when the first fix didn't work they went back to the drawing board and worked diligently until they figured it out. The first fix was spendy so I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they weren't going to charge me anything additional for the subsequent parts and labor required to finally resolve the issue. I guarantee that I came out ahead on this deal. Rick and his team were great to work with. Keep up the good work!!

I took my van into Certified Power Systems in Salem with VERY negative results. Certified Power Systems was to replace a broken ignition key and program a new one for my van. The key was cut wrong and instead of cutting a new key Certified Power Systems used force and broke the ignition cylinder of the van. They refused to make the needed repairs causing me to have the van towed to another company. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced from any business I have used! The language used by the employees was distasteful and rude. I was left with nearly $200.00 in additional fees as a direct result of the neglegence Certified Power Systems used. The end result here is EXTREMELY RUDE POOR SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. There are still companies out there in this day and age that hold old fashion values and excellent customer service. This is NOT one of those companies!
