Willamette Valley Tire Sales

About 3 or so months ago I had a tire blow out and I needed to bring my wheel in to get a new tire put on and they got me in right away and even maneuvered the tire/wheel in and out of the trunk of the car I had to borrow to drive there. I also needed to get my other front tire replaced right away and unfortunately by the time I would be able to get my vehicle to the shop they would only be open for another 15 mins but on the way into Salem (my vehicle was about 50 mins away plus I had to get the borrowed car back to its owner first) but on the way back into Salem I had hit some traffic and I called the place and they told me just get there as soon as I could. By the time I made it in it was about 10 mins after they closed but the guy had stayed and got my other front tire replaced for me in less then 20 mins. I was SO pleased with the price of the tires and the customer service I received that I’ve been telling everyone who mentions needing tires ever since! I had even tried to tip the worker guy who had stayed late to help but he wouldn’t take it :-D I had spent all that day calling every tire place I could find online and in he phone book between where I live (in Falls City) and Salem looking for a used tire I could afford but everywhere had quoted me so high or said hey didn’t have my size I had almost lost hope by the time I called willamette tire I was almost defeated. They quoted for the tire and I was floored and then I asked about what the labor was and when I found out that was also included in the price I almost didn’t believe my ears! Talking to the owner of the shop he said he didn’t believe in charging an arm and a leg for the labor and that he would rather make people happy and know he didn’t cause them to go broke in the processes then make more money then he needed for his shop and him to get by! He was so amazingly helpful and had made it so I was able to get both of my (bald with zero tread left) front tires fixed and not just the blown tire!
