Great service and great staff at this dealership. Not sure what others could say that isn't positive. I had a great experience and I have referred several friends and family. All have been satisfied. Some folks are much harder to please, I guess.

Too Long; Didn't Read - Sales staff was nice enough, Financial Managers could use some work with customer recognition and appreciation, office staff was horrible and a headache to deal with. Go to Jay Wolfe and ask for Scott Campbell.
I wish I could give this place 1.5 stars, while I didn't hate it, I really wouldn't recommend it. It was just always a pain!
Purchasing from them was okay, but the number of headaches I experienced afterward was just too many to count. They didn't send the title out or as they said "it got lost in the mail". This made it so I couldn't title my car in time for me to move out of state. I went to the dealer to get an extension and the finance manager that I had dealt with when I bought and put money down didn't even remember me. Which I found very offensive considering I just bought a car not 2-3 weeks earlier. He finally found Steve and he gave me a Dealer tag and told me that it would be best to 'overnight' the tags back to him once I got my plates.
When I called and made sure the title clerk had gotten the message from Steve for REPLACEMENT title, she got on it and asked if she should call me when she got it. She called me when she got it (which I did like) and I told her my mom was going to pick it up so she could get plates and get it registered. The problem now was when my mom (I'm in Chicago and couldn't come down) took the title in, the title clerk had completely SCREWED UP and put one figure on the front and another on the back, making it so they couldn't title it in time. I was lucky I didn't have to pay a late fee on it, thanks to the DoR but I definitely wouldn't buy from this place again.
I suggest you go to Jay Wolfe. I didn't have a single problem like this with getting documentation and everything went smoothly my first time buying from them.

The sales person that I had not mention any names numerous about the vehicle that I was looking at than I did and was not helpful at all.

I took my car to this location and received the best Customer Service. I left another dealer just so they could repair my car and they saved me over a $1,000. I will go again if and when I need service

Salesperson was pushy. Used the old,"I've got other people interested in this car" line.
Sales manager would not provide invoice. Said it was his business not mine and they don't deal that way.
We were quoted a price by the saleman who said he ran it by the sales manager the day before. After test driving the vehicle, we made an offer which the salesman brought to the sales manager. Salesman came back stating that he was sorry, but he misunderstood the incentive on the vehicle and he miscalculated by $1500. Was told that they would not honor the price they originally quoted and OK'd by the sales manager. Talked to sales manager who did not apologize. Just told me the salesman made a mistake and he would not honor the price quoted because he would take a loss on the sale. They did not even want to negotiate anymore.
Overall, very dishonest dealership. I can't recommend this business. I will take my business elswhere and encourage others to do the same.
