        Five years ago my new car had ...

        Five years ago my new car had bumper damage, so I brought it to the dealership for body repair, requesting new parts, not refurbished. When I went to pick up my car, the bumper had scratches that were painted over. I pointed this out and left it for corrections. When I picked up my car the second time, I was billed for and paid for a new bumper. Fast forward to last month. I had someone back into my bumper and took to another body shop for repair. I was informed and shown that the "new bumeper I had paid for was not new, it was refurbished. I will never set foot or recommend the place. They lied and riped me off. F- rating....

        I had the very best experience with their service dept and can't wait to buy a new car. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
