Larry was very knowledgable and professional. He educated me more and resolved some issues that the previous company had never even mentioned in the couple of years we used them. Happy so far, with our choice to jump ship to Aptive.

Prince was thorough and professional. He addressed my concerns and answered my questions - taking special care to deal with ants in my kitchen. As a new customer, I couldn't be more pleased!

Alex was professional, friendly, understanding and had great knowledge of the job he was assigned to do. He answered our questions appropriately and made sure that we were happy with his service. Yader Reyes was the technician who performed the services at our home today. He was very professional, polite, and went above and beyond with the services he did in comparison with the company that has been spraying our lawn for the past two years. Very impressed and happy that we made the switch to Aptive. Thank you Yader!

Cavin was my service Pro today. Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He sprayed the whole outside and explained very clearly what we should expect to see going forward as far a bugs, spiders, wasps, etc. My husband was hesitant to spray inside the house as he is not a fan of chemicals inside the house. Carvin reassured him and said that he only uses environmentally friendly products. If he changed his mind he would gladly come back free of charge. He did all of that with a big smile in his face (in a 100+ degrees outside). Outstanding service. Love it!

Kevin, the service technician, was here for the first time today. He swept away all the cob webs in my garage and on the outside of my house, sprayed and hopefully no little creatures will com back. Kevin was very pleasant and helpful in explaining their services.

Kevin did wonderful job! I just switched to Aptive because not satisfied with other company just started. Was having ant problems. Highly impressed with Kevin's ability to find the ant newt and take care of it---something the other company could not do! First appointment and service has excited me already for Aptive to take care of my house. Kevin did good job spraying inside and out- even better coverage outside then I have experienced with other companies when living in other states---Kevin explained process, answered questions and took care of it all!

Prince Porter was my Technician. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, and asked if there was anything that needed attention...I conveyed that I had a very tiny insect that continued to service sine the last treatment I had. I had collected the specimen and contained it in a medicine bottle. As he continued to do his work, inside and out, I had forgotten about the little bug...but before leaving, he had reminded me that he would take it and find out what it is...very sharp, polite, young man...I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me and is was very attentive to her and made her feel comfortable! A pleasant experience!

Marcus was very friendly and he addressed all my concerns. He was professional and seemed to enjoy his job.

The technicians (today we had Robert) themselves are always very professional, courteous, and do a thorough job. I think there is a lack of communication between the schedulers and the technicians because on more than one occasion the technician did not come the day the scheduler texted and called me to notify an upcoming appointment.
