Larry and Camron are true professionals. They were both very polite and courteous. They appear to be true assets to the aptive brand.

We were very pleased with our service from Aptive today. Our service man, Carnell, was on time and answered all our questions. Carnell did a wonderful job of making sure the entire house inside and outside was sprayed for bugs. He also knocked down some bug nests that were on the porch. Very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend using Aptive Environmental!

Jacob and Levelt did a wonderful job getting rid of all the bugs in and around the house. I am very satisfied with the work they did and ill definitely call them again.

Caleb and Dustin were right on time and very polite. They were able to answer my questions about when I'd be charged and how long I needed to wait for my floors to dry and I could clean them. They were polite with my kids and I appreciated that they asked if there were any rooms in the house that I did not want them to go in.

Jacob our service tech did a fantastic job treating our home with respect. Couldn't have asked for someone better who really cared about making sure our pest problem gets eliminated. Where it's not usually comfortable letting someone inside the house, I was comfortable with Jacob spraying and going through the house. Thank you.

Lance I - Larry M did a great job at our home. He was very throrough, and explained what each treatment was for.

Larry M was very courteous and friendly. He did a thorough job and hit all the areas hard that we wanted him to focus on.

My service professional (Josh) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He treated the outside of our house for insects in a prompt and timely manner. He has a great personality and is a great worker. I am pleased with the job. We have not seen our normal case of spiders or ants.

Josh provided my service today and he was very courteous and responsive to my requests to spray our screened porch and garage in addition to the outside of our home. This was a follow-up to my original treatment and my first quarterly treatment. Josh was very thorough and efficient. I would definitely recommend Josh and Aptive.

Larry and Carnell were punctual, professional and courteous. They thoroughly described the areas of the exterior of our home as well our lawn that they would be treating. Once they were finished they reiterated what they had done. Larry noticed that I had a dog and asked if there were any other pets in our home. He explained that the chemicals used were pet safe, but suggested that we wait 30 minutes before allowing our dogs to go outside, just to allow time for the chemicals to thoroughly dry. Both of the young men appeared to be very knowledgable about the product. I will recommend Aptive to my family and friends

Our tech, Caleb, was excellent. He explained to us how the solutions used would not be harmful to my children or our pets. He was very friendly and professional.

I hired Aptive on a Tuesday, 3 days later Larry M. and Dustin show up and knock everything out quickly and professionally. They were very thorough and friendly. I would recommend this company.

Stephen showed (I think from Lenexa office?) up at our home and thoroughly explained what they would do, what our options were, and proceeded to do a good job. No wasps, ants, etc., after they left. Very courteous and respectful.

Carnell & Jacoby came to do the initial inspection and spray. They both pointed out problem areas and described how the treatment will help prevent and stop the invasion of bugs. They explained it was safe for the environment and safe for my cats and family.

Dustin was on time, extremely thorough, and answered every question I had. I couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended!
