Alterra Pest Control

Wow! I had my first service a few days ago and have noticed improvement already with the ant problems we are having but today I go outside to fire up the BBQ grill for my 4th of July get together and there was a wasp nest inside of the grill! The service pro that had done my first service left me his number on a referral sheet so I gave him a call, knowing that the office was closed and sure enough he answered. I asked him for some pointers on how to rid the nest and he told me was actually working today! On the 4th of July! AND that he was already in the area. He arrived 30 mins later and took care of the problem for me! Now I don't have to worry about wasps and I can get my grilling started! Amazing service! Wow.

Had our regular quarterly inspection and treatment done this morning by Cardrel N. and couldn't have been happier. Such a gentleman and professional at what he does. Very courteous. It was if he wasn't even there. Did his job and even took card of some pesky wasp by our mail box for us. A true asset to your company.

It was a pleasure to meet Alberto T. today when he came to spray our home for spiders. He was extremely polite and friendly, and went out of his way to explain the pet-friendly pest application that he was using, when he notice the food and water bowls we have down for when our granddog visits (several times a week). He also wore shoe covers the entire time he was here. Meeting Alberto, makes me feel good about the pest control company we've hired!

We switched to Alterra last year. We haven't had any issues until all this rain hit and a little army of ants decided to invade our kitchen. They came out immediately and sprayed our entire house (inside and out) to ensure the problem was alleviated. Brandon F. and Nate G. were extremely professional and helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone.

John H. came out and did an amazing job knocking down wasp nests and spraying the entire basement down to kill off the bugs already in the house. Everything was explained well before and after the job and he was done in less than an hour on a 4500 sq foot house.

I started using Alterra last year and have been very happy with their service. Justin came out for my quarterly service and answered all my questions. I mentioned I had seen some ants in my bathroom and after he was done treating the outside, he came in and also sprayed the bathroom.
