Here we are again. I only wish that I have checked the reviews before ever allowing this place to work on my company vehicle. Today 11/01/2021 was the first day for my new company vehicle to start earning. Alarm system went bunkers again traction control warning and engine light as well as locks triggering up and down. I was able to limp my vehicle back to Mickey shorr and asked them to remove the system completely. They contacted me and told me it was all set. I got there and engine light was still on. I was told that maybe my vehicle had issues before and they do not cut wires to install they only tap into them.
Either way the African American man said my vehicle had other issues and that he has worked on many nice vehicles at this site for over 25 years, but him and his associates couldn't even install a security system properly. People want what they pay for, no more and especially nothing less. I know what type of vehicle I brought to you
as well as the shape it was in. Coincidences are far from the truth. It cannot be a coincidence that you've worked there so many years and this place has horrible ratings that it does. It's because of you being employed there, all the other associates were very kind and not offensive towards my issue
but you're unprofessional and it's a wonder why you're not a supervisor or store manager because your incompetence has you locked in as a lower denomination. Here are just a few photos of you all not cutting into wires, but tapping into them. These ratings tells me you've been destroying vehicles for years. And I think the owner of Mickey Shorr feels it's okay. I wouldn't let that guy work on my newspaper wagon!

Poor customer service. I will never go back. Had to go somewhere else to get my antenna fixed, after they installed a new radio.

Horrible customer service, had autostart install for my wife for Christmas it left her stranded and unable to start the vehicle on four different occasions. When I called the store they told me it was her car when I finally got them to do a refund and remove the product they tried to keep the car for two days. Do not go to this store! One star just because I have to rate it.

Wires crossed, sloppy workmanship, over priced !!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

everytime i come in for the big sale they have weekly they always are out of stock on that item.will never shop their again.

Although I've worked as a writer, I'm probably not going to be able to properly express what a truly wonderful place this is.



Dewey, the manager, is everything I could have hoped for, and more. He is honest, knowledgeable, and very focused on meeting his customers' needs within their budget.



I first met Dewey when the factory radio in my 2000 Jag XJ8 failed. I had been to other shops and heard things like "take it to the Jag dealer" or "at least $1500, maybe more" or "several days to complete such a complex installation". Then I took my car to Dewey.



I really can't say enough about Dewey. He is very knowledgeable and very caring. He spent quite a few minutes trying to find a cheap simple fix, like a blown fuse or other simple matter. After concluding that my radio was beyond repair, he replaced it with a wonderful JVC radio for just a little over $100 installed.



I plan to buy a remote starter from Dewey shortly, and have sent him numerous customers.



For any kind of automotive electronics, this is THE place to go!
