They installed my subs wrong that I bought for an enormous price of off them, and than knocked out the remote start on my car. Told me they would give me a call when they could get me in to fix it and never called. Would give negative stars if I could.

I first called mickey shorr because i had a problem with my radio, i took my radio to a few other shops and either i needed a new one or they wanted me to pay to have it repaired. So i called mickey shorr and i spoke to kevin, he said he would take a look at it personally. We came to my car & he did his magic and it worked! Apparently it was a setting in my radio that was the problem, he didnt charge me anything and fixed my radio. great customer service! l will definately return to see him again.

Received a Viper 4103xv from m...

Received a Viper 4103xv from my dad for christmas. Went to have it installed, the good part was that it only took 2.5 hours to install. The bad news they didn't hook up the rear defrost, the horn, or the trunk. In the end i still have to use my old remote to do what this new one cant. They sold him a product for almost double what it costs other places and those places give you both remotes not just one. This place seems to want to nickle and dime you for every little cord they hook up. The fact the horn, trunk, and rear defrost weren't hooked up wouldn't be so bad if i had been notified that it wasn't going to be, but all they asked when my dad purchased it was if he wanted it to unlock the doors (which cost extra.) When i dropped the car off nothing was said except "I need your keys" 3 times which i had already handed over. So much for Mickey Shorr being a reasonable honest place. Will only return to file a complaint and ask for the product removed and a refund.

I originally went to the mickey shorrs on 9 and harper and that place was a joke but i came here and flex hooked me up and had the garage manager personally hook my car up so go see flex and have him hook u up

DON'T GO HERE

SALES PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WENT IN WITH A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER STORE AND THE GUY PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME I WAS LIEING.. I WENT TO THE MICKY SHORR ON 9 MILE AND HARPER AND SAVED $169... I WOULD NOT GO THERE AGAIN..

if you go up to this store make sure you ask for the salesman Anthony. he is so helpful and he always has great customer service and is always concerned for YOU and to make sure that you are happy and helped all the time! 100% amazing store with great salesman!
