I just want to say that D H Jones came to my rescue one evening after hours. I arrived home about 5:15 pm and found that my furnace was not working. I called them up, and I was back in business in about an hour. Fantastic service and great pricing!

After Mountaineer Gas replaced a leaking gas line from the street to my house, I found I also had a leak up to the gas meter. I called several companies and found DH Jones & Son to be very reasonably priced and even better, the estimators and men who did the work were extremely helpful, friendly, and quickly got the work done. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing, HVAC repairs, or any needed repairs at my house. Great job guys!

I turned my central heat on and had a burning smell of wires. I immediately turned breakers off to the unit. I had had three different HVAC companies in the past, but still kept having problems with heat every winter and cooling every summer. I was sceptical of using another company until i read reviews after Googling it

The final test was when i called at approximately 1730 hours (5:30), and spoke to a live person, Derrick Jones, the owner. He was very professional and took his time listening to my problem. He stated his technicians would b here in the morning. I felt confident after speaking to Derrick, he had attention to detail and is prior military. Are 0825, Jeremiah called, they were on their way. Jeremiah and David (HVAC technicians), showed up

Jeremiah immediately spotted a problem. Derrick had trouble shot it on the phone and Jeremiah and David confirmed the problem

Several wiring problems, one wire had come lose thence the burning smell and several were wired backwards or weren't hooked up. Jeremiah and David were professional, very astute, explained everything, showed me state details and wiring problems. Jeremiah and David are EXCELLENT HVAC TECHNICIANS, they know what they r doing, complete it in a timely manner unlike companies that milk the job. I will never use another company. This company also does remodeling, plumbing etc. They r unbelievably the BEST! If u need a professional, don't do like i did and call the first one u see, call the experts, DH JONES of Saint Albans. They were also very affordable and give Military and senior discounts. JEREMIAH, DAVID! &DERRICK JONES (OWNER) RULE!!!! Also, i live in Cabin Creek and they were quicker to respond than companies that r closer. Call them, you won't regret it.
