One word, AMAZING!!! These guys are great! I came home one evening this winter 2014 as we all know has been the coldest in years! I think it was close to 0 degrees outside and something like 23 degrees in the house I called about 7 pm and they were there to check out the problem the very next morning, they gave me my free estimate, I accepted and they had my new unit installed and house heated less than two days later!! Incredible, the unit they gave me an estimate for was out of stock so they installed the next size up for no extra charge, they left no mess, and were excellent in home and out, love the light up thermostat!! I would so use these guys again and everytime!!! THANK YOU D. H. Jones!!!

Fast, professional service. Reasonable prices. Water line was replaced from road to house, about 300ft, done in 1 day. They cleaned up the yard pretty well, planted grass seed and covered it with hay. They even trimmed some trees for me while we waited for the Water company. Excellent professionals, who I will call on again.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided. I had a water leak that no one else could find. You could hear it inside a wall but there was no visible damage anywhere. DH Jones found it and fixed it very quickly. I can't say enough good things about Jeremiah Johnson and David Dionne!

I was having such confusing problems with my old furnace and no matter what time I called them, they were always available and polite. They were at my house several times in two weeks. I saw four different guys and each one was nice, and respectful to my house and my young children. They were thorough and accurate in their diagnostics and repair. They didn't rush and were very clean and helpful. I will never go to anyone else for repairs as long as these guys are around. They refused to even charge me until they figured out exactly what the problem was. Thank you guys!!!

These guys and have been out to my house a couple times in the past two weeks and when they come, they stay until it's done, they don't rush and they are efficient and knowledgeable. These guys are amazing. Had them come and fix our plumbing and they did a great job. They were the only ones who actually got to the root of the problem. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs heating, cooling, or plumbing work.

DH Jones is fantastic. I worked with Donna for the appointment and billing (#7021). She was friendly, helpful and professional. Jeremiah was able to get out to the house for plumbing repair within an hour. He quickly and carefully assessed the situation, got the supplies needed for the repair and had everything finished before the end of the day allowing our family to turn the water back on for the household in just a few hours.

I would definitely recommend DH Jones Heating & Cooling if you need repair. The repairman who came to the house and repaired our air conditioning was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The price charged was fair, also. Highly recommend.

After another heating and cooling company could not fix the problem with my furnace after two trips and yes, two service charges!, this company fixed it right and did it in half the time.

The service charge was just a little higher, but at least it was fixed right the first time and worth paying $10 more. I would have gave them 4-1/2 Stars but the rating bar doesn't provide that option.



I wish I would have called them first. Very courteous and professional, and even followed up after the service to ensure my satisfaction.
