David was early and polite. He was able to do the outside first since he knew we had dogs and they needed for it to dry before they could go out. He was able to work around my needs and provided knowledge about what he was doing and why. He has kept in contact and is willing to answer any questions or concerns i have without hesitation. He was professional and im happy with the results thus far. I know it cant be a easy job but he makes it look easy by knowing exactly what to do. Thank you david! Joe Flores was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and personable. Answered all my questions and did a throurough job spraying and getting webs down.

I just hired this company to come out and spray my house both inside and out for spiders. We have seen a fair amount since the weather has changed and they are my least favorite pest (does anyone really have a favorite??) The technician who came out today was very professional and knowledgable and was easy to work with. His name was Robert and I would highly recommend him. I am, so far, very impressed with this company! If you need someone to spray for bugs give them a call. They are affordable too!

Dominic was prompt and courteous. He answered all of my husbands questions and was very patient, knowledgeable and efficient.

Yesterday a nice young man name, Tanner, came by. I was unable to speak at the time and asked if he could come back, which he did promptly at the time we had agreed. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable about the products and services. I accepted a one year service agreement and made an appointment for my initial treatment. Devin and Joe came the next day and they arrived promptly as well. Again I found them to be just as professional, patient and knowledgeable. They completed their work in a timely manner and explained to my satisfaction the work they had done. I am very pleased with my experience with Aptive so far.

My appointment was schedule for 5:20 pm, Devon and Joe arrived 20 minutes early. Very pleasant! Very professional.

Not only were they super polite and knowledgeable, it started to pour down rain while they were working and they handled it like complete professionals. Never complained and continued with a smile.
