Our technician, David Crosby, was knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. Couldn't have asked for more. Assured me if the problem persisted, he would be back. Doubt we will need to call, but, good to know he is there if we need him.

My technician was Mr. Raymon Hackett provide our home with the best service one could ask for. He called before making his way to our home, which I requested. Upon arrival he politely introduce himself, ask what was our main concerns. Then explained how he would be able to to control of the small critters. I must say yes even with all this rain in Sacramento the substance is working. With individuals like Raymond out there servicing homes I definitely understand why and also agree with Aptive being the fastest going pest control out there. If you're having issues at home go Aptive all the way & hopefully you're able to get Raymond. Thanks again.

Joe Flores was my tech and he did a great job! Professional and friendly. Excellent job! He listened to my concerns and took care of things. I really felt comfortable that the job was done right.

We recently had our home sprayed inside and out for fleas/ticks. We have the standard quarterly service for other bugs but needed an in depth treatment for fleas specifically. Dave was our service provider and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when he came out to treat our home. He gave us some additional background info and tips on flea suppression for the future. Overall Dave was very friendly and professional. We were very satisfied.

Initial sales last week was a door knock which I usually do not like, but Matt was super low pressure and gave me some facts about other pest control companies that I did not know! Anyhow, Dave was promptly here by 8am and spent just over an hour getting to know my house which is .48 acres. He was friendly and my dog liked him!

We just had our initial service visit with Cedric and he was awesome!! He had a great personality and when some spray made it into my dogs water bowl he made sure to dump it out and inform me, so it could be cleaned!! He's a great addition to ur team!!
