Mann was very friendly and patient with my toddler who kept running crazy and getting in his way while trying to clear out spider webs. He answered all my questions and most importantly I haven't seen a black widow in 2 weeks!!

What I can one say about Alterra? Well, they really made up for a mistake.....they sent out one of the best service workers named :MR. Mann (first name) This guy was super professional and accommodating. I wish more people had the personality and work ethic this man possessed. There are so many idiots in the world today, but this guy made up for all the other crap we deal with day to day. I appreciate you "Mann" literally :)

Great service that was fast and easy. I called and an hour later Joe K was at my house taking care of my ant problem. He was very nice and explained everything very well. It was a great first time experience with the company.

Had an excellent service today at my house by Mann from Alterra Pest Control. My house got sprayed all around to prevent and kill all sorts of critters in a very professional, caring and fast manner. Mann was excellent at providing great service by explaining what to expect and what to do in any type of scenario. I will highly recommend this company and Mann from Alterra Pest Control. Definitely a company to consider if you have kids and pets!!!

Thus far I am very pleased by the overall experience using Alterra Pest Control's services. Day 1 of service two young men arrived, one was Adam H., and I cannot recall the other's name. They exemplified professionalism; polite from the beginning, they took the time to explain to me what they were doing, what materials/supplies they use (assuring me my pets would be safe), where they would be treating my home and yard, etc. Honestly, I was not expecting to encounter such professional young men, so it was a nice surprise. I plan to continue utilizing their services.

Great, quick service this afternoon. Jordan C. went back over the front of the house where the spiders were climbing back up.

Just started service with this company and so far I am pleased. Their sales rep was great - no pressure. My initial service was done by Mann and he was great. Alterra should be proud to be represented by this young man. He explained before and after what was included in my service. Felt very comfortable asking questions.

I will definitely pass on referrals to friends and family.

I just switched from Clarke, as the salesperson told me I didn't have to treat every 2 months and could do it quarterly with same or better results. Tech (Kayden M.) just showed up at my door, he was clean, polite and seemed to be pet friendly (he didn't show any fear, though I was holding my dog at bay). He did his thing and left. We'll see the results in a few weeks, but I am hoping this is a company I can continue to do business with in the future.
