Andy Stout was my service provider on 3/24/14. He was very professional and friendly. He asked if I had any specific problems. He told me exactly what he was going to do on the premises. He even took the extra time to explain the habits of some pests/bugs I was unfamiliar with. Thanks Andy and Alterra for everything.

Andy S was our service provider yesterday. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He was very efficient and thorough, including asking if anything had changed since our last service.

Jeff L was great! Efficient and handled my problem when my last exterminator told me there is nothing he could do about the tiny bugs that are around my sink! Jeff L even took a live sample back to his boss so he can figure out exactly what kind of bug it is so they can effectively destroy them! Very pleased!

Michael Peters was my service pro on Thursday February 27. Michael was very professional and pleasant.He addressed all my concerns because of the rain. He took care of problem areas and did an excellent job.

Had our scheduled service done today by our service pro Andy S. He asked if we had any problems or concerns prior to starting. After completing the treatment he explained all the areas he covered. He was very thorough and did not miss anything. He made sure we knew how to contact him if we see any problems come up. It's nice to know that we have a very professional and friendly person who cares about our concerns to be free of pests. Alterra Pest Control is one of those things you try out and find out that you made a great decision.

I really appreciate the quality time spent at my house by my Service Pro (Michael P.). He answered all of my questions and took his time making sure he did a good job.

Not only did Mann make a second trip and come all the way back to my house after my "Ferocious" dog wouldn't let him in the back yard, but he also was very professional and kind natured. I hope the next service man for Alterra that comes to my house is as wonderful as Mann.

Andy S did a fantastic job and was so very friendly. Glad to have no pesky critters running around my home of five children. Not a critter in sight!

Michael Peters came to our home Dec 2013... Anyone who's ever serviced our home has been super friendly and informative. If we ever need a re-spray for any pest(s), Alterra is great about scheduling something soon. They were a God send when I was preparing to bringing my newborn home and we had a flea infestation. Charles W. with Alterra Pest Control showed up for our first visit and service. He introduced himself and explained exactly what he intended to do today, asked me about any troubled areas we had and made sure we understood what services were available to us under our contract. He then went right to work and performed his job. When he completed his work he needed a signature and described the follow-up service scheduled for a month from now and left me with numbers to contact this company if we have any issues that follow this visit. He met all my expectations and was extremely professional. A most valuable employee I would imagine, hence the detailed review - Thank you kindly Alterra -

These guys came by offering pest control service. David the sales guy did not use high-pressure salesmanship. He was very friendly and offered us a great deal.

Alterra pest control is a service we have come to rely on. With children and animals, it's very important to keep the pest away for safety. We signed up after we found a large skink lizard in the backyard. They are ugly and they do bite, so my husband had to get rid of it. It's much better to deter them (and their friends) from the yard.
