Burger Island

I ordered $16.18 worth of food and had it delivered paid $21.18 and was told by the delivery guy/ who was the manager that he couldn't make change!! Called in once I realized my order was not complete and was told that $5 is their average tip! Well I informed him I had NO intention of tipping that amount and that I wanted my order completed and my change returned to me promptly and the guy that answered the phone was no longer friendly once I informed him that I wanted my order fixed and my change returned to me! Rude! I went from being a loyal frequent customer to no longer being a customer at all anymore!! I suggest that they get some professional employees ASAP! Also they should carry some change atleast a $5!! All Burger Island are individually owned and I for one will NO LONGER be a customer at Rowlett BI, the food was great as usual it's just the customer service at this location that is responsible for me moving my business elsewhere!
