        I usually have don't have any problems here at all. Most of the staff are wonderful! They're very nice, helpful, full of knowledge, and respectful, but I did say most, not all. There is one lady that works at the counter, that is the exact opposite. Every time I go in & she's working, she is so very rude & disrespectful. She tries talking down to me and it's been noticed by not only myself, but twice now, by 2 others, who just happened to be in there at the same time & happened to say something to me about it. Other than for this person, whom I like to refer to as "Ms. Cranky Pants", this place deserves all 5 stars, but as long as her & her attitude remains I can only give it a 3 overall & a 3 for "service" because of her (I'd give HER personal service, a -1 if I could).
