This branch pharm. in cda can be a warm fuzzy experience but also a disheartening one, depending on the clerk. Over the phone, its a toss up. They are either gracious or tota!ly emotionless. Rush Rush. Don't take it personal if you wasted your breath being friendly and polite to them. Safeway is far easier to get in and free of with better overall warmth and personability.

I've gone to many Costco's and this store is fine but the food court is the worst I've ever experienced. And not just on one occasion. I've stood in line at the food court and instead of bringing out more help from the back when the lines get long, they continue to have just one to two employees up front. This has happened several times. Also, I've called in to order a pizza, did some shopping, gone to the food court to pick up the pizza that was supposed to have been done within a half an hour, only to find that they hadn't started it yet. Their excuse was, they've been busy, yet there were no lines! I've never posted anything negative on a site before in my life, but I just have to give the Coeur d'Alene, ID Costco a thumbs down!! Get it together food court - all you have to do is look at other Costco food courts to see how they are running them
