Let me start by saying that I am extremely grateful for the bind this company got me out of. originally this company wasn't my first choice because when I received my quotes I received some that were lower than the one I received from Smart Auto Move. I signed up with another company a full three weeks before my move date and thought I had everything squared away. then as my move date drew closer I still hadn't heard anything from the company I signed up with. I started calling and calling but all they would say is that their driver would call me, they never did. Anxious because my scheduled pickup was the next day and I had set up my flight for the day after I went to the Smart auto move website and booked my trip right on their website using their (Cities and Fares) shuttles similar to airline booking experience. I dropped my car off at the terminal got on my flight the next day, 8-days later my car arrived in Miami,FL. I should have went with them from the beggining.

First time shipping a car didn't know much about it but the staff at Smart Auto took the time to explain all of the details. I opted to use their expedited door to door auto transport service.. scheduled for the 2nd of September. The truck arrived on time but couldn't get in my street as it's a bit narrow with many overhanging trees that would have scraped some of the cars, so I drove my car down the road and got it loaded. This trip was from Mass to Seattle and took a total of 9 days in transit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all my experience was good from booking to delivery and all worked out perfect. Will use again next year.

Received my truck early this morning and I'm thrilled!! I can't express enough how grateful I am. when I first embarked on finding an auto transporter I didn't realize how hard it was going to be to find a company I could trust. After a 10-minute phone conversation with my agent at Smart Auto, I knew this was the company for me and they didn't let me down. To anyone like me who's a bit of a worry wart use this company and you'll be cured.

Awesome company! I had to leave California where I've been living for the last 13 years to attend to my father who's been really sick back home in upstate New york, I needed to make arrangements last minute since this was an emergency I had to end my lease, get a moving co, get an auto transporter and book my flight. Everything was really hectic my moving company was late and I had to pay for terminating my lease my flight was delayed, but Smart auto move was the one thing that came through with flying colors. They had a carrier pickup my car last week on time total transit time was 8 days and was delivered to me this morning. I can't express enough how grateful I am for their hard work. my agent Mr. Avery and Kendall were very thorough and understanding of my entire situation. My car arrived on time and best of all, it was the cheapest price out of all the shipping companies that contacted me. I will definitely use this company again. The staff was very nice too.

After receiving at least 30 calls from different transporters with their pitch lines & quotes ( I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO TRUST) But I needed my car and I didn't want to drive 2,800 miles. I decided to use smart auto move. They were the only one's that did not call harassing me (at work at home and all day).
Smart auto move simply sent my quote by email like I originally requested. the price was good Richard was very professional. Everything was in writing and all of my fears were dismissed. All in All I am very satisfied with the service I received from smart auto move.

Extremely happy with the outcome and service I received from Smart auto move. I went with the expedited service and my vehicle was picked up on the very day I signed up. I was originally dealing with another company that promised to pick my car up on 07/19/2016 seven days later that company was a no show. It put me in a pickle because I had my flight booked for the 28th, So I called Smart Auto and they came through for me and really got me out of a jam. My car was picked up and delivered right on time and I'm a very happy camper.

Just had my truck delivered today from north carolina to los angeles and I couldn't be happier. delivery was on time and the price was as quoted. Richard was a real help through this whole process. I'll be using this company again in a few months when I have the rest of my family come to LA.

Recently I had to have two cars shipped from North Dakota to Florida for a special charity auction and the cars needed to have some final work done in FL before the auction, I only had a few days to get everything done.. and I was worried that I wasn't going to get the cars shipped on time. Smart auto move completely came through for me with flying colors. not only did they make my deadline with time to spare, but also kept me posted with daily updates during the transport which kept me at ease.

Did good job for me. If I need to do again, I will use again very fast.

My Grandfather used this company to ship his car from long Island,NY to Key west,FL. The gentleman that arranged his transport was so nice... that my grandfather just felt the need to show his appreciation, Grand dad is 76 years old and he is not easily impressed by anyone, So when he asked me to write a review on his behalf.. I must admit I was rather shocked! So thank you Smart Auto Move for softening him up a bit. Lol. Grand Pa Murray strongly recommends this company.

I buy and sell cars and often my customers are in other states. I've used a lot of different Auto transport company's.. and I can honestly say S.A.M is the best so far they have meet my time lines and budget.. and anyone who ships cars a lot can tell you that its not always easy! these guys make it easy. when shipping cars you must be patient but they get the job done.

My overall experience with Smart Auto Move was very good. The price I received was reasonable and the service was top-notch. My transport coordinator Richard was extremely helpful, very professional and extremely nice. He kept on top of everything and kept me up-to-date throught the whole shipping process, which gave me piece of mind. My car arrived with no issues and on time.
