Had my car shipped from Baltimore MD to the Bay area, CA and it only took 5 days total transport time. the price was fair and the customer service was 5 star both agent and the truck drivers were always available for me and any questions I had.

EXCELLENT!
In every way, booking was a breeze, agents were very helpful, At first, their quote seemed a bit high but after doing a bit of homework on the industry and calling other companies... I realized that the others were either low-balling their quotes or not including all fees. Not one for surprises I chose this company and they delivered with none of the problems I've heard other people go through with other companies.

For anyone looking for auto shipping service but, not sure who to go with look no further. Smart Auto Move did an awesome job for me and my family. We used expedited service and our vehicle was picked up on the exact day we requested. The people were very friendly from the agents to the driver.

Perfectly handled my car shipping from beginning to end. I first did some research about car transport before selecting a company and most people online suggested going with the middle price range once you received your quotes from all the different companies and this company was in the middle of the pack price-wise. I then contacted smart auto move to place my order over the phone, the guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable and patient with my questioning. I selected the standard shipping and the car was picked up on the 4th day of my seven-day window with an expected delivery of 5 days. On the 4th day in transit, I received a call from the driver informing me that they were running about 24 hours behind which was okay because that meant my car would be delivered on a Saturday and I needed my car by Monday for a new job. The truck showed up early Saturday morning 7:15 am and unloaded my car without incident and my car was in the same condition as when it was picked up. I would not only use Smart Auto Move again but, would also highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Good overall experience. I signed up two weeks ago to transport from Tampa Fl to Queen Creek Az. They had a truck pick up on time on the 12th, and my car was delivered today before 3: PM.
This company communicated well contacting me by both phone and email with occasional updates... the carrier they matched me with was punctual, polite and courteous he called 2 hours before he picked up and delivered.
The car arrived today a little dusty but, no damage. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a car transport service.

I had my car moved by this company and they were extremely accommodating. I needed to change my delivery address last minute and they were able to get it done with no hassles. Richard was always available he was very honest with their process and they got it done as promised. I would encourage anyone looking to transport a car to use this company! booking was simple, they were very fast to assign a truck to my order and delivery was also pretty fast.

I'm beyond satisfied with Smart Auto Move. We first tried working with another company named ironclad because their quotes were similar and they didn't require a deposit. But our ship date came and went without so much as a call from ironclad and when we would call them, they didn't seem to care that we were relying on them and were set back almost a week, there was no confirmation or commitment from ironclad. So we signed up with Smart auto move and a truck came almost instantly.

I highly recommend this company, I was very skeptical about all auto transporters but I needed to have my car shipped from Michigan to Portland Oregon because it was too long of a drive for me, so I decided to use Smart Auto Move expedited transport and everything worked out perfectly!

My Suv was dropped off on Sunday in perfect condition. I chose this company because of the professionalism they displayed from the start. They didn't call with a pitch as the others had done and had I known I was going to be receiving so many calls I wouldn't have provided my real phone number. Another thing that stood out to me was the fact that they didn't send me sloppy looking emails asking me to jump through hoops and call to get my quote but, instead it was right there at the top of the first email. I called just to confirm their rate before I placed my order, The rep was polite and wasn't aggressive just answered my questions and let me hang up. Next day I placed my order online received my confirmation and about two days later my jeep was picked up from a dealer in South Carolina and eight days later it was dropped off to me in California. I chose the express shipping and would use them again for sure!

Great Job! I first tried another company named Secure Auto shipping because they gave me a lower quote well below what everyone else quoted, but you know the old saying if it sounds too good to be true then it's probably BS! and that's precisely what it was. After signing up and my ship date getting closer no one answered any of my calls.. then when they did call the day before my pickup, they raised their price, so I canceled with them and called Smart Auto Move they were easy to reach honest and got my job done at the rate quoted.

I bought a car from an online auction and placed my order online with Smart auto move late that evening to transport my new car to Tucson. The next morning I got a call from smart auto as they needed my buyer number for the auction to release the car, the next day I got a call from the transporter who informed me he had just loaded my car and would be in Tucson in 24 hrs. The truck arrived I paid the driver the balance and all was good. I recommend this company the entire thing was easy from placing my order online to receiving my car at my home.

Hands down the best out of all the companies that solicited my business. The conversations I had with my agent were personable and insightful. Once I placed my order my car was assigned to a truck driver the next day, Smart Auto provided the drivers' information, and he and I made arrangements for the pickup. The delivery was on time, and the driver was professional unloading my car.

Excellent customer service and great response time. My move was to a not so popular location and most of the other companies I had spoken to were quick to raise their quote because of it, but Smart Auto simply stated it may take a bit longer than usual for pickup which was fine by me. I had originally requested a pickup date for the week of the 10th of October but expected the actual pickup to be a week or so after that because of my location.
Smart auto did a fantastic job and had my car picked up on the 12th, so I didn't have to wait as long as I thought. I really recommend this company because they're fast and fair.

We used the expedited service and they did a great job. I have had several other vehicles shipped from the auctions in the past with other companies, some have gone ok others not so good, But this company by far has been the best I have experienced yet. I'll be using them again for the next car I buy for resale and if it all goes as well as this one did they'll have a lifelong customer.

I'm 200% satisfied with the level of service I received from Smart auto move. The fact that they weren't aggressive or pushy was the first thing that I appreciated, secondly was how they explained their business and how the first step to an easy, simple transport is an accurate quote. Like most people I always want the best deal I can get when it comes to shopping, But it seems that it's the norm for companies in this business to give people a great quote that isn't actual market rate and then can't secure a truck unless they go up in price. If you're like me, then you prefer the blunt, honest truth when it comes to pricing over an outrages guesstimate that will only change, disappoint and possibly delay your shipment.

I started this process a month ago and had never before shipped a car. I went with this company because of their really good quote and the conversation I had with John so I placed my order, But as soon as I placed my order and was committed with Smart auto I started to receive calls and emails from their competitors just completely bashing this company with negative remarks. It was cause for concern. I decided to stick with smart auto because it was my first time doing something like this and to be honest I didn't know who to believe. To make a long story short after all was said and done my car was transported on time and without any problems. I'm glad I listened to my instincts and not the people with the negative attitudes.

I had a good experience with this company great communication my agent was always available. the trucker that performed my move was very professional and handled my car with care. I would use them again and recommend this company to all who need a good transport company.
